Ordered through the app. When I arrived they did not have the cookies I ordered as well. Was told by the manager the owner has not updated the app and they discontinued the cookies. I was told that inly corporate can refund me via the app, customer service told me the location has to refund me for the cookies and they will not respond to firehouse customer service. So for 3.00 they are willing to lose a customer so be it.

I visited this Firehouse Subs location today and ordered a sub in a bowl. The cashier found this so funny that she literally laid down on the counter laughing. I felt embarrassed and left without ordering.
When you work in food service, you should understand that not every customer eats the same way or has the same expectations. Customers should be able to order off the menu without being mocked. This experience was unprofessional and disappointing.

Maybe they were just training multiple employees this night. The wait for the food was really long at least 30 minutes. The dining area could’ve been cleaner. But we were all patiently waiting for our food. And the workers still had a good disposition for being backed up. That helped. Keep trying guys it should get better.
