Really good food, and they get changes right. Pleasant folks, easygoing and nice to talk to. If you are going to order takeout, call instead of using their online app–the online app requires you to get a drink and potato (or other chip); you can’t detach it from the order.

I love it!! All the sandwiches are a delicious way to say I love you. I am a parent who made sandwiches every day for my kiddo’s school lunches. Clean, consistent quick food. Staff seems to know each other and work as a team well. Hard to come by nowadays. Can get a little slow during lunch rush but what place isn’t. They remember names of customers and help people out (like with mobile orders) when slower. Clean.

I don’t normally write reviews, let alone bad ones, and I normally have no problems at this store however it was an odd experience today. The gentleman who took my order was very kind and helpful with my order, and my food was made correctly and tasted good.
However, it was how I saw some other guests treated that rubbed me the wrong way. Firstly, a woman came in picking up a door dash and a girl asked about it and upon hearing the name told the door Dasher in a very rude tone that the order had already been taken and that they wouldn’t be remaking it. I understand that they can’t remake the order but the way she told her was incredibly rude for no reason. Another gentleman came to pick up a doordash as well, which they also didn’t have, when he asked if it was the the correct address they told him no he was the wrong store, however after I checked he was indeed at the right store. Crazy that employees don’t know the address of there place of work, or aren’t even willing to double check if it’s correct.
You guys clearly have a serious problem with stolen orders, and although it’s on the doordashers fault for stealing, your store has a responsibility to do something, you need to hold the orders behind the counter and make sure delivery drivers confirm orders. Some basic hospitality training and accountability needs to take place as well.

I went to firehouse subs for the very first time and got the Engineer, and one of their French dips, that’s, I guess a limited time thing. I literally went back two days later to have another Engineer sandwich because it was amazing. I also got their italian on that occasion, and I can’t wait to go back and get another one.

Incredibly Good Food and Service!
We’ve been going to this neighborhood Firehouse Subs, about once a week, since it opened! So good! The subs put Subway to shame ( If you can find the meat in a Subway sub. ) The Hero is my personal favorite. Lots of meat!
And several months ago, we also discovered that they make these magnificent salads! The one shown here is my favorite – the Italian, with peppercorn dressing on the side.
And their great manager, Sarah, makes sure that everything is perfect.
We can’t speak more highly of this restaurant!

Had a large group order for out department at work, everything was wonderful except for the missing pickles in some of the orders! Food was awesome, they were late for our pickup time by about 15-20 minutes.
