Hello Bellflower Community here we are again looking for something to eat cuz we dont want to cook today lol. So i made my way down to the new firehouse subs looks like its 1 of many shops opening up in this new plaza. They dont have central AC running yet so i was met with a stuffy restaurant that had a huge Fan blowing air at the register. Its summer time and its 95° outside!! Its my first time trying firehouse subs but ive been hearing you guys rave about it so i had to try it. I had the firehouse steak and cheese 12″ with some fries which brought my total to about $28. The employees were great with greeting every single customer and getting orders out in a timely manner. The Food was great the thin slices of beef had lots of flavor everything tastes fresh specially the fries!

First time there. Ordered an Italian sub. Bread was good meast were tasty but a little too much sauce. This location was easy to enter and get out of. I’ll try again with perhaps something else.

My family and I decided to try Firehouse Subs for the first time. We ordered at the kiosk and were greeted, but we noticed the employees were goofing off quite a bit in front of customers. When our food arrived, I found a long hair on my pickle—it was obvious, and I had to check over my sandwich before eating. Honestly, the sandwich wasn’t worth the $18 price tag. I hope this location steps up its quality and offers a better overall experience.

I’m a subway man myself, but since y’all moved in near me it peaked my interest and finally got my first sandwich today. First off the employees are very helpful in explaining the menus and other info for a new customer. Second the sandwich was very tasty but little to expensive for my taste. Maybe get some more drink options but over all 4 ⭐

First off I was very disappointed to find that unlike the Firehouse Subs on the east coast the ones here in SoCal do not have the signature Cherry Limeade. In fact on the east coast they all have the customizable soda machines with a million options including Cherry Limeade as Regular, Diet, & Zero Sugar and available carbonated or not. Here they don’t have even one of those options. But besides that they mixed up mine and my spouse’s sandwich. I ordered the Hook & Ladder – he ordered the Italian with olives and green peppers added. They switched that. Since I’m okay with Italian and he’s okay with the other we just ate them but it wasn’t really what I wanted. It’s a new store and hopefully they’ll get better with time but I don’t think they’ll ever have the Cherry Limeade which is a shame since that’s really part of the Firehouse Subs experience.

I won’t give them a chance until they drop their prices…. these are sandwiches, not lobster, not filet mignon, not items that take you 30 minutes to prepare. Companies are getting so carefree about ripping off their customers, that I’m completely over it and won’t support businesses like this….

Firehouse subs has always been good. The fries aren’t really that good in my opinion so I’d stick with chips.
