I had only been in one firehouse subs before today and I remember it being ok. Today was great! I got the turkey bacon ranch sub (delicious!) and my husband got the Philly! To top it all off, they were playing music that glorified Jesus Christ! Our Savior! so that’s a double 5 star in my eyes!

This is by far the worst Firehouse I’ve been too. The last few times I’ve ordered through the online app my order was missing something at pickup. Today was no exception. I got spoiled lettuce in my salad. I’m never going back.

Aside from the food being mostly cold, the staff in particular today (2/28/25 12:00pm) are incredibly rude and disrespectful. Two males today, one white and one Hispanic told me I was pronouncing my own name wrong. When I corrected them and explained the difference in the spelling, the white guy attempted to make a joke (under his breath) thinking I didn’t hear him. The Hispanic guy was giggling and laughing. Not the first time I have experienced rude and disrespectful employees and was a long time before I came back, guess I’m done for good now. I know who the owner is, DC and if you don’t fix this problem this place will end up just like Quizno’s did. I for one am done.

Today after ordering my sandwich the three associates behind the counter made the two orders ahead of me then disappeared. I sat in the empty lobby alone for several minutes before I finally politely but firmly beckoned the workers, who were laughing in the back, to come up and finish my sand-which

But when the appearance of one the employee was very disturbing because of Firehouse Sub is a upscale eating place or supposed to be. But when a employee wear his pants way below his natural waist line showing his underwear. Then that offend me and it’s very disrespectful. But when that same employee with gloves on, gloves that he has been preparing food with then pull his pants up and then never change out his gloves and continue to prepare meats on a sub. Now this becomes a health issue, how do I know that there isn’t something on his clothes that wouldn’t get me or anyone else sick??? These kind of work behaviors need to be corrected before someone becomes very ill or worse.
