Placed an order a few weeks ago and wasn’t impressed! Ordered a steak and cheese sandwich and by the time I got home which is only a 6-minute drive. My bread was nothing but mush. But here I am again today I’m giving it another shot.
In the Drive-Thru whoever is working it is rude, rude, rude!!! No hi how you doing? What can I get for you? It was what do you want? I told her the sandwich and before I could even say the size she hollered is that a medium or a large and wheat or white? Very very snippy. Then proceeded to snip what else? I said thats all and then she stated that will be $20.50, I said for 1 sandwich and she never responded. I sat at the speaker saying hello with no response. So then I get up to the window as she’s cleaning it and ignores me and says that’ll be $20.50 I said excuse me I only ordered one sub. She then goes $12.50 then proceeded to snatch my card out of my hand after running it she basically threw my food out the window with my card in hand. Her comment was here you go and closed the window. How many people has she screwed out of money that hasn’t paid attention. What in the hell ever happened to customer service and being courteous. If you don’t like your job, go find one that you do. But you definitely don’t need to be working here. I will never go back here again!
On a positive note the Thanksgiving sandwich was good.

First visit and didn’t know what to expect. I tried the Italian and was very happy I did. Great flavor and loved the slightly crusty/crunch on the bread with the combination of delicious meats. My husband had the bbq brisket and cheese and he loved it. The brisket was very tender and flavorful! We will definitely be back to try more subs!

I thought I heard one of the workers say they were short staffed but they all handled it very well and it was Wednesday evening the 4th of February two young girls and a young man ( at least those are the only three I seen ) I wish I remembered there names but they did a fantastic job, everything looked clean and in place they were welcoming everyone that came in and the one young girl came to the table and asked if everything was ok,..very good experience,….great management and staff ❤️

The food is very consistent. The staff is friendly. This is my favorite firehouse they don’t waste time getting you your sandwich. I’ve seen it take more than 15min which is why I don’t go to other firehouses.

The sub came out soggy and missing the bacon I paid to add. When I arrived at the drive thru I said hello and the gentleman (long curly hair) didn’t look at me or say a single thing and when I gave him my card to pay & he returned it he didn’t say a single thing and slammed the window shut. Just really hostile and rude… I wish the establishment would have better standards or just kinder people. Makes a world of a difference.

The service i received tonight is why I give only 1 star. The lady working closed seen me coming to the door at 8:55 and she locked the door on me…. She tried to close early and didn’t even have it ready so she never made it till I got there. I’m a uber driver and was doing a delivery.

The sub was good but my Mac and cheese was noodles in cheese flavored water it was the runniest Mac and cheese I’ve ever ate and after done and ordered the staff asked us if we had the Mac and cheese which not a problem but isn’t it literally right in front of you telling you who got the Mac and cheese. The man working the cash register was very polite though.
