Went to the drive thru today. They informed me that they were working on a large order and short staffed so it’d be a 10-15 minute wait. Ordered a med club on a sub and a cherry limeade. Ended up getting a Philly instead. The Philly was great and I’d been wanting to try it, lol, but, its not what I ordered. The cashier was friendly even under pressure. Firehouse is one my favorites. They’re consistently good, and the points add up quickly to some nice rewards. Today was the first time I’ve ever had an issue, and honestly, I’m not mad at all.

Placed order online and nearly died of old age waiting for it after arriving at the time they said it would be ready. Ended up leaving without any food. Unless you’ve got all day to wait to have a sandwich made…. steer clear of this place. Then, they didn’t want to give me my money back. Just awful service.

It’s either hit or miss when I stop here. I placed an order on the app last time I came and the workers just were so confused on what to do. Any other time I just stop in or go through drive through. I haven’t been back since the occurred but I love stopping here when I am in the mood for a filling sub. The orders are always made on point & staff is usually friendly depending on the day. Staff usually works efficiently to get food out at a reasonable pace!

The sub that Kinesha the sub maker made was juicy and delicious…my husband said it was the best brisket sub sandwich he has ever had, he said it was soft and tender and the bread is very soft and the sub itself was very well made as far as the meat vs bread ratio..the Italian sub that I had was equally lovely. We will definitely be back soon.

The food was great…. but the staff seemed very short with me. This was my first visit and I had placed my order online well being the first time I didnt realize they had a specific way of handling online orders. I went to the front counter and was told online pickup is over there (pointing to a sign) I turned around noticed the sign and my order sitting on the shelf. I now know when you order online the staff is not needed and that seems like a good thing at this location.
