Earlier today, we had walked in and were heading to the register when the manager, who was making sandwiches, very rudely yelled at us “are you going to place an order?” over the girl working the register. No hello, no welcome, just that. We were surprised because, well why else would someone walk into a Firehouse Subs? He then rudely said “there’s a 30 minute wait, we have 20 subs in front of you”. We left, mainly because of how rude we were treated. We hadn’t been there in a while, since the last time they made one of our subs wrong. When we had brought this to their attention, the worker was obviously not pleased. We had wanted to give Firehouse Subs another try, but with the manager’s tone and attitude today, we will not be returning.

I had and online order to pick up and I felt completely disregarded. I stood in the lobby for 8 minutes with out being acknowledged. They were all making food, so after I stood by the online order area with out acknowledgment, I stood closer to the cash register. I figured my order wasn’t ready. I stood in three different spots. After another customer came in and was helped, I asked why I was skipped. My order had been ready the whole time. One associate told me she couldn’t see me behind the pile of stuff on their counters. The manager let me know he had seen me standing there. The only reason he gave me for not acknowledging my presence was that he saw me looking at the tv. The store felt cluttered and my business didn’t feel appreciated. I have been going to this location since it opened and it isn’t the same. I won’t be back

Unprofessional on the phone. Multiple times I tried calling to place an order for pickup and wasn’t even put on hold, the phone was just left sitting so I could hear whoever picked up the phone say “just a pick up order” and then ambient noises. Finally I get to the restaurant and there are zero people inside. I was the only one there and had to wait 15 minutes for my sandwich. No one else came in. The sandwich was a letdown compared to other locations.
I’m not sure if the issue is online orders or just poor hiring practices, but either way, avoid this location. The employees basically grunt at you. Don’t expect good food or any semblance of manners.

This place closes whenever they feel like it. I came at 8pm several days already and the employees were just socializing inside with the doors locked.

Delicious sandwiches! It looked like there were several options for low calorie and high calorie meals. I went twice and had one in each category. Both were great!

And lots of firehouse themed decorations for an atmosphere with character without being obtrusive or tacky. They also support a charity toward supporting firestations, and I recommend everyone at least round up their total for the donation.

Thanks for leading to an absolute crash out, because you couldn’t remember to put the au jus in the bag.
Placed an order for my husband to go pick up, and I shouldn’t have trusted him to double check that the au jus was in the bag. After a long, HORRIBLE day all I wanted was my French Dip WITH au jus. Now I just have a dry sandwich, and now I’m crying because this is just the last straw in a long list today. Really ruined my day, and unless I want to go drive for 30 minutes to go get my au jus, I guess I have to eat this sandwich and just be unhappy. Lovely. Thanks so much for ruining my entire day.
