By far and the only location that I have been to that is bad. I mean bad. Slow service and always a problem. This time no ice. Do they tell you before you order? Nope. When you say something, “yes, we know.” Always dirty and no employee cares about the customer or business. It is like this everytime (because it is close) I come here. Which is not often because of the above issues.

Wendy was fantastic! She was working alone and took another couples order while making my sandwich and did not miss a beat. I am a very picky and she made sure to remember all of my requests while still taking their order and making their food and mine. She cut my sandwich into fourth and made sure my cheese was melted and I had the kind I liked and not nasty provolone cheese. It may have taken me two days to eat it because I accidentally ordered a meal and I have had stomach surgery and can not eat a lot, but it is good to the last bite. Thank you again Wendy for such great service, sincerely a very satisfied customer!

They suck, don’t eat here. Reminds me of subway. They barely put any meat on my large sub on club sandwich that cost almost $17 . If I pay that much I expect some meat on my sandwich. Never had an issue at other locations.

Quality ingredients. Friendly staff. I had the Steamer and it was delicious. Family friendly. This is better than most chains. Firehouse does have Clean environment. Clean washroom.
I do wish the portion per price was better. A medium sub here isn’t that big for almost a $9 price tag. I also like the pickle spear. If it’s a toss up between here and another chain Sub shop you are better off going here.

I walked in, ordered on my app and sat down to wait. After 15 minutes they said the dine in was closed. I said I thought the door says you close at 9 and it was 8. He just said “dine in closed”. All of the sodas were out. I asked if they can fix it and they just ignored me. When our sandwiches were FINALLY ready, the chips weren’t in the bag and she told me to get it myself. I asked if they had the chips that I ordered and the woman said “do you see them there”? The guy cleaning the lobby was very nice and doing a really good clean, but the 2 making sandwiches were complete jerks!Jenks!! And to top things off, the $10 a piece sandwiches barely had meat and it it was just thrown on the sandwich.

I ordered two small subs online thinking the small is a 6 inch, and this is what I get. A kids size sandwich. No where is there a description of the size on the menu anywhere. I paid $23 for two sub meal combos ($3.50 to make it a combo each). This is absolutely ridiculous to pay $23 for 2 kid sandwiches, to which the manager said the sizes are listed on the website. No where did I see on the menu the sizes of the subs. I could have ordered 2 kids meals and paid much less and gotten the same exact meal. I have had a small sub from Firehouse in the past and it was 2 halves and bigger than this. I love firehouse, but this was absolutely ridiculous paying that price for a 1/4 of a sub.
