I’ve had Firehouse Subs before at a different location and it was honestly way better, so I came into this visit expecting a pretty solid meal. This one was decent, just not as good as I remembered.

I ordered the Hook & Ladder with chips and a drink. Flavor-wise it was good — the meat and cheese combo worked and the sandwich was warm — but the bread was a little too soft and kind of fell apart halfway through. It also felt like there was less meat than I’ve gotten at another location, which was a little disappointing considering the price.

Service was fine, nothing amazing but not bad either. The staff were polite, just not very energetic, and it took a bit longer than I expected for a simple order. The dining area was clean though, which I appreciated.

I’m in my late 20s and eat out pretty often, so I’ve got a decent baseline for what a “good quick sandwich spot” should be. This visit landed right in the middle. Not bad, not great. I’d still eat here again if it was convenient, but I know this chain can be better based on my experience at another location.

Ordered Uber Eats (5) subs. Only one showed up at my house. (1) of the meatball subs. I got $15.00 back from Uber Eats because the picture couldn’t show how many subs were made by you. I paid $45 for (1) sub. Regardless of whether it’s your fault, I would suggest you remember that you give them the right order. You choose to be part of the Uber Eats crap service. I’m sure he took the subs since half the people that work there aren’t who are showing up on the picture they’re registered as and then you’re calling someone that refuses to acknowledge the reality. I got 3 kids that waited for that food. Whether it was them or you.. I suggest you make sure they get the right order or start doing your own delivery. Scam price anyway for your food.

I stopped by a different Firehouse Subs location today, and while it was a little better than the one I’ve visited before, it still ended up being an average experience overall. The staff here was friendlier and the place felt a bit more organized, which made the visit start off on a good note.

My sub was decent — the ingredients tasted fresh and the bread had a nice texture, but the flavor still didn’t quite pop the way I hoped. It wasn’t bad at all, just a little underwhelming for the price. The portion size was good, though, and everything was made correctly.

Service was steady, but not especially quick. Nothing frustrating, just not the kind of speed that makes you think “wow, I need to come back here.” It’s definitely a step up from the last location I tried, but still not enough to bump it past three stars.

Great food , but the wait is a little ridiculous. The number of mobile and uber eats orders that kept getting put on the counter while I waited on my order … just felt excessive. At least have one person work on in house and one on send outs…. Just an idea. Great food otherwise.
The tea was well past expired… since 2:33 pm same day per the expiration sticker on it… when it’s 7:57 now. Just small things to make it a better experience

Great subs here. Was walking to Target and saw this place and decided to try it. Was pleasantly surprised on the quality of food. It’s a little bit more expensive than I’d normally pay, but the portions are generous and the sandwiches taste great. The staff are friendly here and quick to make your sandwich. The one drawback, I think only at this location, is that there didn’t seem to be an A/C or at the least it was kept at a high temp. Other than that, great experience.

Ordered the Hook and Ladder to go. The sandwich consisted mostly of mayonnaise and bread. It had NO cheese, one piece of turkey and MAYBE two pieces of ham. It was a big disappointment after driving 30 miles home to eat it!! It certainly was not worth $10, nor was it up to Firehouse Subs standards. DO BETTER!!!

This Firehouse is fairly easy to get to. The person at the register was nice and helpful. We both enjoyed a Meatball Sub. Cooked perfectly. Great flavor we will be coming back

I love their subs. I always eat at this location. I can’t believe that I’m just doing a review on this place. Wayyyyy better than Subway. The hook and ladder is my go to.

I’ve been to Fire House Subs up north and down here but this is my first time at this one. Bread to meat ratio was awful.

While I would love to give a 5 star, I just cannot. I ordered online to get lunch during my break. I ordered at 2:40pm. Arrived at the restaurant at 2:50 and waited until it was ready at 3:11. Meanwhile, one of the employees saw I was waiting for quite some time and did ask what my name and order was to check the status. I understand that everywhere is short staffed. But there were 4 people behind the counter. Service was definitely slow and needs to be improved on.
In regards to the sandwich, I got the NY Steamer, medium size. The flavor was there, but so much mayo it overpowered the meat. Also, there was a lack of meat. It was mainly bread and mayo. I would have given another star if there was actually some substance to the sandwich. It has great potential, but the cost of $9.00 for such a small sandwich got me.
I will give another chance and hope that this time was just a fluke.
