So I ordered a cold cut sub with lettuce, tomato, onion and pickle with MUSTARD and absolutely no mayo. Either the employees can’t read or can’t follow directions. The sandwich had NO mustard but had mayo on it. This was an online order to be picked up. I wasn’t the one to pick it up a co worker was. I have never been to a fire house subs before and after my first experience with this one I probably will never go back ( especially this one )

This location is one of the best. The team is always ready to assist.My food is always as I ordered it. Unfortunately I do have to say that they’ve been rated erroneously by some customers. I personally have seen this as they place orders in the dinning room and drive thru and expect rapid response to them. It’s unfortunate that the team takes this hits and the brand allows it to affect them. I read reviews and complaints like pricing and portion size is something that should not be rated or allowed to affect their hard work. I’ve never had any issues with my orders. I had to share that those reviews that are negative like wait time is not all accurate. This location is always busy because they’re that great. You should be concerned if it’s not busy and you’re the only one in the store. Let’s be fair to the hard working food service industries employees

Nicole took my order this time, and we had a nice little conversation while she was helping me, which made the experience even better. 10/10 do recommend! The first time I had firehouse sub away from Atlanta was not the best experience, but this location has definitely changed my mind. I ordered the FIREHOUSE STEAK AND CHEESE and it was absolutely delicious. The bonus is always the pickles. I already ate the sandwich so unfortunately i do not have a photo of it. I do love the cups though. It’s such a good thing to do.

It had been ten years since I had been to Firehouse subs. The bread is always too hard for my liking. My children requested it and enjoyed their meals. My sub was delicious although I did not eat all of the bread. I would have given five stars despite my preference in bread BUT I did not receive all of my food after asking an employee about it before leaving. I paid extra to upgrade my son’s rice crispy treat to a bag of plain chips. He will not eat the rice crispy treat, but would devour the chips. This was important because this was counting as dinner and he needed to be full after his meal. My son is on the spectrum and my hands were full with the food and our drinks and my son being over excited. The young lady assured me that the chips were in the bag after explaining that I did pay the EXTRA upgrade fee for them. The chips were NOT in the bag when we got home and I had to supplement his sub with a portion of my own food… Had I not asked, I would not be posting. But, I asked. Was assured. And was disappointed. I did not get what I paid for much less what I paid EXTRA for. I will keep Firehouse at the bottom of the food selection list, but only because my children really liked their food, or else I would not add it back after this first experience after a ten year hiatus.

This location is always super busy. But that’s the best part fresh hot delicious food. The staff is very very friendly all the time. The manager Carol runs a great team. She’s very friendly and nice to all her guests and staff. She took my order at drive through and the level of service she provided was incredible and she’s very professional. She takes her time taking your order and she’s always smiling when we get to the window. This had been her service since she has been here.

I went to Firehouse around noon to get a nice lunch. I was treated with such amazing hospitality by all members of the staff, especially the 2 managers; Mr. Chris and Mrs. Carol. The food was amazing, I couldn’t have asked for anything better from a sub restaurant.
