Today was the worst visit we have ever had. Sandwich was too toasted and not the quality we have come to expect. Also the music was way too loud. I have no problem with gospel music but when it’s nothing but loud, screeching NOISE, it makes it difficult to enjoy your lunch, let alone try to have a conversation. As much as we like it, we will be taking a break from Firehouse.

Today was my first time in a Firehouse Sub. If memory serves me right, I had a medium Turkey Bacon Ranch for lunch. The sub was just great, tasted fresh. The personnel was friendly. Looking at the customers present today, many found their way to a good Sub place. Would definitely come here again. Shame I won’t be in the area much longer.

I frequent Firehouse on my lunch break and every time I go I’m so impressed. The facility is always extremely clean, the staff are always working together efficiently, and look happy while doing so. I’m usually greeted by name, which seems like a small gesture but is a true testament to the wonderful, friendly, detail oriented people working here. Plus the food is great!

The quality and service was good. The staff was professional, friendly, courteous, cordial, enthusiastic, and very detailed oriented. My sub – no bread, cheese, or mustard (tuna salad, extra lettuce, onions, and green peppers and all the trimmings) was made to order with the modifications that I requested and because of the atmosphere, I was planning to do carry out but decided to dine in and was very happy with my service and food overall. I like making my own tuna salad at home, but I enjoy going to Firehouse Sub to get my tuna salad made by them because the atmosphere it is worth it!
