Not very thrilled at my sandwich after I finally settled in at work….I’ve never had such a problem in the past but let me point out I usually get lunch here…..well today I chose dinner here and when I say next to nothing was on my sandwich….hardly no toppings and skimpy meat!!!…..so I called with my concerns on my sandwiches only to be told to bring them back for a remake which I couldn’t do cause I’m at work …..the first lady offered to take my name and remake it for me on a later day understanding I couldn’t leave work and drive all the way back on 64 to have a sandwich remade….then put Colby the shift leader on the phone (the person who made my sandwiches) which was the worst thing ever cause he flipped it and said can’t anything be done if I don’t come back in today……no manager on duty leaves room for slackers…..Firehouse subs(owner)

As always food was excellent! Associates are always friendly and knowledgeable. We only order subs from Firehouse Subs. They are without a doubt a class above all other sub places. My wife and I had the French Dip because I had it previously and it was delicious, but I’ve never had a bad experience or bad sub from Firehouse Subs!! Please keep up the great work!!!

Just ordered delivery and they sent my food in their little, unsealable carryout bags. Absolutely no telling if the driver touched my food. Straight in the trash and on the phone with corporate. Gross!

Different attempts to order at the location are consistently wrong. They’ve remade them…still wrong. Received email from management that that will compensate me for the mishap and still waiting months later. After thinking the accuracy issue has been fixed, I’ve learned to take my business elsewhere.
If you want accuracy and great taste, I would go to a different location that will make it right.

I really want to like this place but they give me no reason to. If I order a sub online from the Lennys across the streeet, its ready when they say it will be ready. Same thing for Milanos, Subway, Dominos and Jersey Mikes within walking distance of this location.
This place. Not so much. Online ordering is crappy here since food is never ready. Just poorly managed location that can’t ever consistently execute the basics. Employees range from not caring to rude.
Food is good but if you are running 20 mins behind and you arent busy and arent apologetic, Ill take my money elsewhere.

They made my order wrong first time the second time they fixed it right but didn’t cook the meat all the way… by far my worst firehouse experience so far.. I wouldn’t recommend anybody to eat there bad cooks great red head cashiers tho..

Ordered a last min catering order over 30 box lunches and the team at the Bartlett location and the Park Ave. locations were top notch on service and delivery of the order. The food was so fresh, we will use them again! The food was delivered from the Park Ave. location in Memphis, TN The evening manager and the store manager were so professional!
