This location, In Apopka was above and beyond, very clean very organized. Even the bathroom was in very good appearance. I tried something that an employee suggested, and it was perfect!! The new fries that they have are amazingly good. I think everybody should try them.

Everyone is friendly and subs are good but I am never ever coming back here during lunchtime again.. It took at least 45 minutes to get my order of two Italian subs. It wasn’t the employees’ fault — there were sooo many Uber Eats orders in addition to everyone in the building and they were just doing their best to keep up. 45+ min for a couple subs was just a little too long for me.

This location is unfriendly unprofessional and unwilling to help customers navigate technology that is malfunctioning There is no way to use your reward points from the register You must do it at the app. They don’t greet you they don’t say hi They mess up your order even after you told them specifically how you want it You say turkey and cheese only that’s what you mean turkey and cheese only You say you want your cheese steak toasted extra toasted that’s what you want extra toasted. Customers don’t want to stand there and argue with staff that it was toasted when you know darn good and well it wasn’t The place is dirty. Apparently the owner from what the one lady said thinks it’s okay to let them run around wearing long fake eyelashes that could fall into the food to wear Crocs which are slippery and not OSHA approved on slippery wet greasy floors and to wear a headphones over your head the way you can’t hear customers or what’s not going on around you.

I really appreciate the gluten free bread option and that they switched from Udi’s to schar because the Udi’s had canola oil so we couldn’t eat it due to autoimmune and autism in the family. Thank you for switching to a better option! The veggie sub option for my kids was excellent. It’s hard to find good veggie options at fast food places. Hopefully they will continue to improve the quality of items!
Also, shoutout to the people working there. The lady was really helpful to my son as he tried to navigate the drink machine. She was very kind and everyone greeted us very professionally.

The person taking our order had one earbud in while she was working. She had to ask us multiple times to repeat ourselves because she couldnt hear us. The manager was there working beside her and said nothing.

Delicious subs served by friendly folks in a timely manner! They also now offer a few different sizes of subs which is a good idea.
We’ve been to this location 3-4 times over the past year and each experience has been positive. Just be sure to be specific about which toppings you want and if you’re like me and don’t enjoy pickles, ask them to keep the pickle that is included with every order.
We go here mostly on Saturdays and after the lunch rush and always have prompt and friendly service. Definitely stop in here if you’re looking for a tasty sub sandwich!

I had to wait 30 mins for 2 subs while one person was in front of me when I walked in and then they completely 5 to go orders before ever making my food then gave me my food (missing items) went back in for my missing items got them go back out to my car to eat my food and I order no onions and there were onions all over it under melted cheese ……… I wasnt wasting more time to back in and wait another 30 mins for food bc they cant it right

Employee’s are very disrespectful, my bread sat on the toaster for minutes before they came back out to make my sandwich so the bread was cold at that point, The soda machine and drink station all around was disgusting, the bathroom was as well. I do not recommend this location.

Not sure why they have bad reviews. I have been going since they opened and I’m always treated right by employees and ownership. I like a turkey with pepperoni sub that isnt on the menu and they always make it work for me. Bread is always fresh compared to other locations in other cities.
