It is bothersome that every time I order I receive the wrong food or I pay for something that is not in the bag. Tonight I got a hook and ladder and a club both cold. They made two hook and ladders. I understand there are similarities however one cost more and didn’t have the extras that were requested. If this didn’t happen every time I wouldn’t bother. I tried to call while they were still open and no one answered so I waited until the drive thru closed and still no answer. I would like to have the food I paid for. Please replace my order. Out of the many times I have ordered and not received the correct food, can it be refunded or remade this time. Maybe management doesn’t know. Maybe it was near the end of shift and mistakes were made however this has happened no matter what time of day I order. Help.

I’m highly allergic to onions. I’ve been in the hospital all day and finally got my appetite around 8pm x went to open my sandwich and it was piled with onions. Teach your employees how to read. I could’ve died or gotten severely sick, then that would be a lawsuit.

Food was fantastic. Tyler checked on us and was very polite greeting us when we walked in. The whole staff was great and store was clean. We enjoyed the meal. It is always great food and service here but today seemed even better than usual. The lunch was not crazy expensive and was delicious. Will be back and will be bringing as many people with me as possible every time I do. Also I spilt my drink all over myself like an idiot and Tyler got me a dry shirt. No where does that. I’ve definitely found my new lunch spot
