My daughter and I parted outside and as we walked up there were old dirty diapers in the front by the door (3). As we proceeded inside we were greeted by some not so enthusiastic workers. Two girls who were tatted up were mopping and I just stood there for about 5 minutes uses before one asked if I was ready. They discussed who would take care of us while the other was worried about leaving. I asked for a Virgina honey ham and cheese and was told we have no ham. We also have no brisket and other meats. Apparently they had not had a delivery in a few days. I ordered a turkey and cheese and a Italian sub. When I gave them cash they owed my 6.98 and only gave me 6 back saying sorry we dont have change. I told the girls I dont care I want my change. Thats almost a dollar and I would be more than happy to get two cents from my vehicle. They continued to say sorry we dont have change where do you want me to pull it from. Oh I could have said something and after being persistent I told them to give me a dollar and I would get them change they had attitude and finally said just give him the dollar. The entire floor was wet from them mopping and hosing the place down. I saw two patrons walk in while I was there and walk out when told they had no meat. I got my food and I must say these are the weakest sandwiches I have ever seen. Hardly any meat and sloppy put together. I would never visit this store again. Im sure other love this place but beware going at close time. People get agitated when its close to closing time.

We went inside and there was nobody there. This was after an hour that it was open. There was no one in the front as we approached the counter. There was a girl who is very friendly and welcomed us to the place after we placed our order we had to stand and wait for the machine for the credit card to take affect. She did apologize and forgot to turn it on when they entered the store as we went to sit down to get our drinks before that the machine was giving out flat drinks, there was no carbonation in any of them we tried several ones. She did mention that her manager had come in the day before and changed out to the machine. We could not get any sodas. We had to go to the tea machine and drink the tea. The tea was very good just not what we decided that we wanted. I don’t believe we will be coming back to this location because we specifically wanted to come here, we drove from Lamarque. After all of this and complaining about the sodas, the girl even said she was sorry she forgot to call our name and our food was sitting up at the counter. lol oooops

We sat at y he drive thru for 5 min with no attention. Drove up to the windows with no attention. Went inside and there were 2 female employees. We ordered and they were out of Brisket. I chose to get meatball. I asked to add mayonnaise to my meatnall and she stated “she would try to put mayonaisse”. The meatballs were cold in the middle, the drinks we chose were out of syrup. When we originally told them we waited at the drive thru they said it wasn’t working and there was nothing they could do.. The next customer came in and said he was waiting at the drive thru also. I said you can put a sign up! Duh

This is probably the worst Fite house around. I go because I prefer it to other fast food, but there is always a problem. The drive through is out, they are out of product or it is really, really slow. I stopped today and there was no one else there but I was told I would have to wait 15 minutes before I could order. They need help.

We came here for lunch and I was not blown away. The sub was alright. Nothing that I will ever crave. My coworker agreed and said she probably would go out of her way to come back. Not a bad experience, just not something I’ll do again. The atmosphere is nice, they do great things for first responders and the firehouse fee was really neat.

Don’t even bother with this place. I ordered on the app. When I got to the store, they told me that they didn’t actually carry gluten-free bread, so I asked them to cancel the order. The store claimed I needed to cancel on the app. When I went on the app, it said I needed to contact the store. I showed the workers at the store what the app said, and they claimed I needed to email customer support. So I ended up just taking the sandwich made into a salad because my wife has celiac disease, so she can’t just switch to normal bread. After finally getting my food, I went back out to the car, and as soon as my wife opened the container for the salad, there was a hair sticking out of it. When I went back in to show them the hair in the salad, they were super rude with a bad attitude, claiming it wasn’t their hair. I’ve eaten at other Firehouse Subs, and it was always a good experience. The experience at this location was bad enough to sour the whole brand’s reputation for me. I probably won’t eat at any Firehouse location for a while.

Where do I start… usually Firehouse is always a “Safe” choice. Not so with this location. My Firehouse Steamer Sub was a Freezer Sub… the ice machine was busted… a warming sign…

I was the only person in the store, took them 5 minutes to take my order, but I still had to wait for one of the girls to go fill up her drink before she took my order.. mind you no one was in there.. waited 10 minutes and watched them turn multiple people away saying they aren’t going to make their order in a reasonable time, then I heard them talking about finally starting my order. I told them not to worry about it and asked for a refund, wasn’t ugly or rude but this place is a disgrace to firehouses, they need some better employees
