Great subs, but the customer service was lacking. Nobody acknowledged us coming in (3/18/2023 @7pm). App said subs done by 705, but didn’t get them until 720. Usually someone at least welcomes you, asks if you need anything…not tonight.

Firehouse Subs is my favorite place to go for subs. It’s a little pricey, but the subs taste great, and they know how to toast a sub too, unlike Subway. The hero sub is my absolute favorite. The people here are friendly, and the atmosphere is exactly what you’d expect from a fast food Sub place. I highly recommend the subs here.

We were in town visiting and decided to come here because we knew it was quick. I had no idea service was gonna be so amazing!!!
