Expired food being covered up with new stickers for a later date and time. (On multiple brownies) Called into store and was told it would be looked into. That they would be good till end of day. After re checking expiration date, let manager know time stamp. Still advised would look into. Unacceptable. What other food items could they be doing this with and have no care that it was done.

So the shift lead Camron is the one who deserves credit for this review. I came in a couple weeks ago and got the bbq triple stack sandwich and it was a joke. Didnt look anything like the photos on the wall and the cole slaw was terrible. That being said, i just went back in tonight and i mentioned the issue i had and showed a pic of the sub and Camron offered to remake it for me. Let me tell you…..this man can make a sub!! Way better then the original i had and the cole slaw was awesome this time! Thanks again, bc of this employee i will be back. Ill include the original and the remake photos.

I had the Cajun Chicken with extra Cajun Mayo and Jalapenos and added Mushrooms my wife had the NY Streamer and the Smokehouse Brisket and Cheddar our Server was Jason and let me tell you everything was just utterly amazing from the food to the service! A definite must go! Jason made this experience more than wonderful and worth the money his attentiveness, kindness and knowledge of the company definitely makes it a wonderful place to eat, I can truly say we’re having a wonderful day because of his time and patience!

Italian always an amazing sub. This one was picture perfect with the right amount of Italian dressing drizzle and sauce. I didn’t even need to add the Sriracha hot sauce it was good enough as is. Staff are friendly and courteous. You can tell they get a long and work well together like a family. Great place. Highly recommend.

While were at Altamonte Springs Hospital. My husband sent me to go to buy him sandwiches at Firehouse accross the hospital. I’ve noticed the employee’s when you come in they greet the customers ” welcome to Firehouse” I loke that. I order the steamer sandwiches and salad.I order mine was Engineer sandwich plus salad. The engineer sandwich i like it, it was delicious, however the salad dressing they give you 2 so small tiny cup container. I just wish atleast give you 3 dressing because its so small. NOt enough dressing. I will give them 4 stars.

This is the best customer service Ive ever gotten at a firehouse subs. I came in and Olivia greeted me and told me how nice my jacket was. She was so helpful when I ordered. I also let her pick my soup and she added a little bit more since I was feeling sick. The more customers came in, she gave them all the same warm customer service. The new york steamer that i got was also super fresh and hot. Thank you to the person who made it and all the soups i ordered were all hot and fresh. Definitely coming back.

Firehouse has always been the sub spot of choice but today Olivia and Andy went above and beyond. My sister made an order and messed up on the order. Olivia managed to fix the order and Andy made it on the spot. Super appreciative when employees go above and beyond to help with small mistakes when many chains will not.
