There is a growing German Cockroach infestation at this location. I have gone here forever and the food and service has always been great however today I came across a baby German cockroach that scurried out from under the drink dispenser at 3 pm in the afternoon. Everyone knows if there is roach activity during the day especially BABIES there is a problem especially when it’s a German roach. I won’t be returning to this location.

got Uber eats from this location. your advertised picture shows at least 300% more meat. this is actually illegal to advertise that much more than give nothing. you’re gonna get sued like Taco Bell did. I love the new york steamer. I never had a complaint before, but this was ridiculous.

I walked inside and every employee rolled their eyes and acted inconvenienced to my wife, daughter, and I considering to eat here. No one welcomed us, no one said anything to us. I walked out and went next door to grab a burger. Just not welcoming. Kindness would have gone far in this situation and made all the difference.

Cons-little pricey, not as fast for quick meal. Pros-better taste-quality. Better selection of sandwiches. Staff was very friendly, don’t bring your attitude as these employees don’t deserve it. Atmosphere ,cleanliness, and customers is way above other sandwich shops I have eaten at. We will definitely return.

My wife was in the hospital close to fire house subs. I sent my grandson to get us something to eat other than hospital food. The sandwich was was great, had good taste. The price was not that bad. The way they put the sandwich together was ideal.

Gud place to have subs with veggies or your favorite meat. Really love the taste of the sub made with toasted bread, meat, mayo etc. when we are really hungry. Service is very nice as they listen to our orders and choices carefully. Would recommend this place as a go to option if you are looking for a place at any time.
