I’ll never eat at Subway again! This place has literally set the standard for how all subs are supposed to taste. It was so fresh, so good, the BEST sub I have ever eaten (I had the Hook & Ladder). I will eat at Firehouse Subs from now on, I’ve been missing out! The store was clean, the crew were awesome, absolutely love this store.

From Firehouse, I got the Firehouse Meatball 6 inch sub. Italian meatballs, melted provolone, zesty marinara, and Italian seasoning. I asked for extra sauce, extra cheese. I got the extra cheese, but not the extra sauce.The meatballs tasted okay, the bread was stale, the service was lackluster.

Hands down worst firehouse location I have ever went to. Used a gift card which went through for $10, was then told something went wrong after it had been thrown away and the $10 was not taken off. They told me I can dig through the trash to get it out and stood behind the counter watching me try to locate it. Soda machine was out of syrup for all diet drinks. No lids. Restaurant filthy with tables needing cleaned while the three employees stood behind the counter and yapped.

I stopped by to get a sandwich at 3:45pm on a monday. Only after trying to order online and the turkey bacon ranch was not an option on the website, so i called a few times and couldn’t get answer. When I showed up, she asked if I had an online order, I stated no, and she told me they are only taking online orders right now. I proceeded to tell her that i had tried to order online and what I wanted was not available, and that I also called and no one answered. With me standing in front of her and another employee currently sweeping the floor, with no other customers in the restaurant, she proceeded to tell me how to get online and place the order…. No thank you. I am here now, “this seems very difficult”, I said… no offer to make the sub, so I left. If it was peak hours and they were short staffed, i get it. There was no one! And no orders being worked on that I could see. Part of your job is customer service. Not sure how much longer firehouse will be around if they keep this up!

I have never walked into a Firehouse Subs and experience such poor quality in food and service. No one greeted me. No one acknowledged me. Instead, the two young ladies gossiped about unrelated work matters. I’m not from here so upon walking in I literally had to search for where to grab my online order. Once I found it, no one bothered to tell me they ran out of the chips I ordered. As I went to get my drink, they continued to gossip. I walked out. No goodbye or nothing. This is truly unlike any other Firehouse Subs I visited. What’s worse? I got to my car and looked at my sandwich anxiously because I knew there was a possibility it was made poorly. And it was. I didn’t even finish it. Management, please do your due diligence and train these teenagers appropriately. Don’t just find a body to occupy the store and do the bare minimum—because that is what I experienced today, the bare minimum.

Oh wow. When I walked in, I noticed 3 associates there. They did not greet me, smile, make eye contact, or acknowledge me in any way. I stood there for about a minute, waiting to be acknowledged. They were talking amongst themselves and did not have any desires to engage with the customers.
Finally, I had to acknowledge them for assistance.
What a big disappointment. I guess I went to the wrong place. Next time, I’ll just try the other restaurants next door.

I’ve ordered before and the sub was delicious but I been trying to uber tonight and 3 times the shop on Abercorn canceled it. I’ve only had the hook and ladder so I can only recommend that one so far. I also cannot rate the atmosphere as I haven’t had time to visit this shop. I have made a scheduled order I hope it doesn’t get canceled too.
Update: That order was also canceled.

Ordered 2 “Club” Subs and it took FOREVER to make them despite the restaurant being empty and then the “Club” sandwiches were basically “Turkey and A disgusting amount of mayonnaise” the ham was almost non existent and there was ZERO bacon. Never going back.
