I seem to always get a good sandwich at Firehouse. I’m very fond of the sandwiches with turkey and the ham and I really like the Captain sourcing hot sauce on them and dipping the potato chips.

My order is correct 60% of the time. When it’s correct, it’s great. The biggest issue is the ingredients that are forgotten are the ingredients that make the sandwich (au jus sauce for the French dip or the sweet mustard on the Jamaican sandwich.) I called about the au jus missing in the order and was told that I should ask next time. Being told to remind someone to do their job is insulting, especially because we are never offered anything to compensate.

Table and floor was nasty. Had to wipe it down. I ordered a small but I figured it’d be half the size of a medium but it was literally like 2 inches long… it was ridiculous. I didn’t get a picture, I was just hungry then I thought about taking picture and returning it. A small should be bigger than 2 inches right? My fiancé got medium and it was a massive difference. My sub was literally 1/8 of her sandwich.

This location was our first time trying Firehouse Subs, and it was a great experience. The man who took our order was very professional and nice. They’ve got a new soda making station, which we loved. There were plenty of tables so we sat and talked while our sandwhiches were being made. Lots of natural light coming in. The decor was beautiful. We both enjoyed our subs. The pickles and sauce were delicious. We’ll definitely recommend to others and be back!

Jessica and I stop here nearly every time on our way back from Chattanooga. Everything is fresh, food is scrumptious, the servers are definitely “people persons” and we like the fact we are helping fire fighters. Definitely recommend Firehouse Subs and we will be returning there soon.
