Please pass… I love me some firehouse sub but what a disappointment. Im usually fine with a small and a Mac and cheese but today was a sad day. Their mac and cheese was water and where is the beef in this sub. I would not recommend this location. Staff was nice but nice makes you still hungry. Ohh and no pickle.

This place was my favorite place for subs, but something clearly has changed. Imagine pay premium $$ for a foot long Tuna sub only to be told it only comes with two scopes of Tuna…I got a lettuce sub with two tiny scopes of tuna.

This place is a joke. Ordered an Italian with only salami and veggies on white, got sent a sub on wheat bread with bell peppers and ham and salami… ONLY. Wouldn’t be so bad if they didn’t mess up the other sub AND the drinks as well. Like, how mentally deficient do you have to be to mess up an order that bad? Will never order from here again and will definitely spread the word of how bad this place is.
