We rarely go to this Firehouse but figured we’d give it a shot today because of the free sub offer. I ordered on the app so I could make sure to get the order correct as to what we wanted on the sandwiches. They got the order wrong.

Chips were not out for customers to get. 3 employees there. Not busy but ignored me standing at the counter to ask for the chips to go with my mean even though they each looked at me at different times. 2 of the employees talked out loud about the mold and dirt under the nosel of the drink machine and laughed about it.

Terrible customer service. Terrible delivery service, subs ordered were delivered over 30 minutes past delivery time. Firehouse representatives to include manager did nothing to resolve the isssue. Offered to inconvenience me more by offering they would remake subs but I would have to bring late subs to the store. They lost a customer. I will never order from this location ever again. Also, filing complaint with BBB and Firehouse Corporate Office. Recommend you order from Jersey Mikes or Subway.

One of the best Firehouse locations I have been to! I ended up ordering from here twice this week as we had to stay in the hospital right down the road, and both times were great experiences. The staff was very friendly, consistent, and made our orders correctly and timely.
