This was the best tasting sandwich I’ve had in a while. Fresh and absolutely delicious! I was not acknowledged for at least a few minutes with 3 other people making sandwiches someone came from the back and saw me standing there waiting and took my order. The food was spot on!

The general manager is extremely rude and doesn’t know what she is doing when it comes to Watertown Arrow Cards. I’ve been a customer for a long time at Firehouse Subs and she officially screwed that up tonight. I will not be going back to the one in Watertown.

I made an order through DoorDash and after having the DoorDash we tell whoever was working how I wanted my sandwich, ham sandwich plan but they gave me a ham sandwich with everything. I couldn’t eat it due to a food allergy.

Dirty and gross. The person taking me order was apparently having a bad day and was very rude. Super slooooooooow. 15 minutes to make 1 sub, and I was 1 of three in the whole place at 2 pm. And you get a “look” if you don’t round up to the next dollar. I think the employee asking for the round up gets rated on how many people they get to round up. Not sure exact where that money goes.
