We placed an online order thru the firehouse app. And when we got the order it was incorrect and missing item. We placed a $25 order, a sandwich, a salad, a soup, wheat garlic bread but got white and we ordered a brownie but did not received any at all. This has happened numerous times but this is our 1st time complaining because now we are wondering what is the malfunction. When this place 1st opened it was awesome but now that they have settled in it seems their attention to details is lacking. When we called the store they told us to use the support on their app to get it fixed. Well support said we was compensated points for the order which we did not get nor wanted as we jus wanted to get the order corrected(or get their money back) so my fellow co-workers could get what they all ordered instead it said if we wanted to seek more support we would have to wait 60 days. This order was placed for not one person but multiple people so this affects not jus one person. We’ve tried calling 2 other 800 numbers with one telling us it is experiencing techincal diffculties and the other is jus busy. When we called the store back they said we could call Uber eats which we did and they told us they could not help either because we used the firehouse app vs Uber eats directly. IT SHOULD NOT BE THIS DIFFICULT TO GET AN ORDER CORRECTED!!!!! It seems like everyone continues to pass the buck and avoid accountability. We placed an order, we paid for said order and it should’ve been fulfilled as ordered!!!

I just want to give a HUGE shout out to Lashonda who was working the front and dining room on 12/7/25 at 2 pm. She is such a sweetheart! Asked everyone there how their meals were, very pleasant from the time you walk in to the time you walk out. Wished everyone leaving happy holiday. To Lashonda, don’t change your spirits. You are an amazing person and we wish you the very best.

I placed an online order and arrived about 10 minutes later, expecting it to be ready or at least close. Instead, nothing was prepared, and it was obvious no one even knew an online order existed. The woman at the counter was moving unbelievably slow while helping the customers in front of me. After finally finishing with them, she told me to “wait” and then immediately left the counter.
She went straight to the drive-thru and focused completely on that. I watched her take three full drive-thru orders, hand out their food, and carry on while I was still standing there with zero acknowledgment. Meanwhile, there were four people in the kitchen who had no idea what was going on. One of them finally asked what my order was because nothing had been passed along.
To make it worse, I ended up having to get my own drink since no one bothered to do it, as this was an online order for takeout. Another customer behind me had to do the same thing, which shows this isn’t just a one-time slip—this is how they run the place.
I waited an additional 23 minutes after already giving them 10 minutes before I even arrived. I finally had to tell the counter worker I had to leave because I was on a lunch break and running out of time. My food was STILL not ready, and I barely made it back to work to clock in.
It’s honestly ridiculous how this location completely ignores in-store customers while bending over backwards for the drive-thru. The lack of communication, urgency, and basic customer service is shocking. This experience reminded me exactly why I stopped coming here. I tried giving them another chance… and they proved once again that the service here is slow, disorganized, and absolutely unacceptable.

I’m really starting to question the staff’s ability to read and / or follow a simple customized order. I always request an extra spear with each sandwich, but hardly ever get it. Sometimes I don’t even get the pickle spear that comes with the sandwich. Like today, I ordered 2 sandwiches, each with an extra spear. One sandwich came with a single spear, and the other sandwich didn’t even have one. In a addition, the extra veggies I added to the Italian is missing. What’s the point of customizing. Might as just show up and as for a sandwich and let them give you what they feel like making.

That sandwich was so gross that I took a picture of it, called the store and complained, and didn’t eat it. I stopped eating at Firehouse because every time I get their sandwiches I want to throw them across the room. When you pick it up, everything falls out. It’s stupidly messy. Like, they should do something about it. It’s not fun to eat, it’s frustrating.

So I placed a DoorDash delivery order for a meatball sub and a kids meatball sub at 7:51pm.. at 8:31 I called firehouse and asked them to just cancel my order that it’s getting late and I don’t want cold food if they already made my order it’s been sitting forever.. well she told me they had no way to cancel the order and I had to go through DoorDash ( DoorDash told me they couldn’t refund me because the store already worked on my order ) so now at 8:49 pm I got my food delivered by someone at the store ( not a dasher ) AND ITS COLD. they definitely prepared my food at 7:51 and brought it to me at 8:49… im so disappointed whatever manager was working tonight let that just Happen… Im not eating this food and DoorDash isn’t offering me any sort of refund since I got my food.. I eat here all the time and this is NOT how my food should have arrived…

I ordered the small turkey bacon ranch sandwich and it was good! A bit small – it’s like a child size. I’m not sure if they provided pictures of the sizes but I did post of pic of my sandwich. I think it was like $6.50 which is fine.
