Went in today and asked for a steak and cheese with no onions since I’m allergic to them. First bite the whole sub was covered in onions. Even told the cashier twice, please make sure there are no onions. Now I paid for a sub I can’t even eat and had to spit out.

I was in there today around 12pm this afternoon at which it was pretty busy and I want to say the manager behind the counter was by herself trying to make sandwiches along with take orders. She did a fine job holding composure along with meeting the needs of everyone she was waiting on. She apologized for being delayed at which was no problem for me as I noticed that she was very short staffed. I have worked in customer service in the past and know how tough it can be being by yourself at times with a bunch of customers. I definitely enjoy the food and the customer service as I come in often. I also appreciate the fundraising that the company does as I am a firefighter/AEMT and I know the company was founded by firefighters so I greatly appreciate what they do.

Firehouse Subs is fantastic. First ate at a Firehouse out on the West Coast and loved it, so my wife and I were extremely excited to have them starting to open up around here. Location is super clean, orders are always correct and made quickly. Food is delicious. Staff is great. And I love that they give back to Firehouses all over the country.

I give 3 stars because, when I first started going there the food was awesome I couldn’t tell enough people to go try it, well the last few months I have not been happy. The food used to taste so fresh now it honestly sucks last week my sub roll was old I could tell or it sat out to long who knows, this last time my lettuce tasted almost spoiled I asked for chopped pickle I got literally 2 small chunks of pickle. I’ll give this place one more shot maybe upper management should go in there and re train the staff there obviously under performing. I’ve had a few friends let me know of there sub par experience there also. Food used to be great at first not of prefer subway

I had a steak sandwich and I was not impressed. There is hardly any meat on the sandwich and I ordered mushrooms on it and they were minuscule. I showed the guy and he steamed me more. But if you’re going to charge me 13.00+ for a bag of chips, small soda and a medium sub I want more meat so it at least covers the roll. The taste and service were good.
