The tenderloin was delicious. It was big enough that I ate all around it down to the bun, then took it home for an entire second meal! I got the version with jalapeños and pepper jack cheese.

Traveling through Iowa to visit customers and we pass through Eldora. Firehouse was recommended to us for lunch.
I had the nachos which were fresh and light. Really tasted good!
Another friend had the tacos, it’s Tuesday after all! They were tasty and a nice portion for a lunch on the go.
The third of us had a brisket sandwich. He described it with a thumbs up and a huge smile.

I was in town for a family event and we decided to try this place out as there is not much in Eldora, it was amazing for a small town bar & grill! The food was great and the drinks were great! I would go back to this town just for this place.

From out of town camping and didn’t want to cook. Excellent service, outstanding food, and ice cold beer. Definitely will be back. Tenderloin and Iowa buffalo blue burger were great. Gotta come back to try some of the other items on the menu.

The Iowa Buffalo blue cheese bacon burger not bad a little different on the sauce and the firehouse pepper tenderloin just the right enough heat had nice breading nice crunch nice thickness not dry I’d rate that sandwich 2nd place in my tenderloin list nice friendly service

Only reason for the 4 stars is when you order the meal to go you should probably include to go utensils as well. The food was great it looks like a neat place and I feel it was priced right for the lunch special.
