Went back for a 2nd time (2days in a row), customer service was still top tier, and the drinks were amazing. I brought my husband with me for a post workout drink. I ordered a protein lemonade pomegranate & wild berry flavor. It was absolutely delicious. I was so flavorful. It was a little too sweet so I brought it home and watered it down a little. My husband got an ice cream sandwich flavored shake. Tasted exactly like an ice cream sandwhich. Both were loaded with at least 22-23g of protein!

The owner/lady behind the counter was so helpful and kind. She was extremely welcoming. We got banana bread and another special that a lady recommended. They are absolutely delicious. And she even has macro breakdown if you’re concerned about that.
We will most definitely be back!!

Such a fun smoothie and tea shop. Can make teas less caffeinated if you like. I took my mother-in-law recently before we went shopping. I was very pleased with my pineapple upside down cake smoothie, so good! My MIL enjoyed her energy tea. I loved the tart mermaid tea. Looking forward to trying new flavors soon.

My first time here they patiently answered all my questions and explained everything to me and what my choices were. Great customer service’ very personable employees and the drinks are delicious. I have become addicted (they also have a rewards card to earn a free boosted tea or shake)

Fired Up started as an occasional special treat but has become a regular staple for our family. Not only are the shakes and teas delicious and a healthy option, but the welcoming atmosphere Rebecca has created is what keeps us loyal. Now we make sure to visit at least once a week to stock up on tea for the week and enjoy catching up with our favorite people at the shop.

I’ve been a daily customer for over a year now and I honestly would never consider using another store! Not only are the drinks incredible and reasonably priced, Rebecca goes out of her way to make everyone feel welcome and is never too busy to chat and answer all of your questions! My 4 year old and 2 year old daughters get so excited to visit with me, and Rebecca created a very special drink just for them! I start every morning at Fired Up and I would never kick start my day any other way.

I will preface this review by saying this is NOT an Herbalife shop. I have been a frequent customer for a couple years now. It has become a go to before workouts for me with the delicious teas and an even better post workout stop for a deliciously clean and healthy shake sourced from local STL company, 1stPhorm. Rebecca is fantastic. She does everything possible to ensure you have the same positive experience whether it’s your first stop or a daily “fix”. There are other options for protein shakes and teas in the STL area, but none of them compare to the experience at Fired-Up. Highly recommend.
