I ordered online for pickup and ordered the pepperoni and mushroom pizza. I get a text saying that it’s ready and the employee said they were barely placing it in the oven after ordering it 25 minutes ago. I then pick it up and It had no mushrooms although I paid for that. I ignore because I had no time to go back. As I’m eating the last slice there are strings of sharp plastic inside the slice. I had to spit out what was in my mouth because it was sharp. I am in shock and can’t believe how careless the workers are.

Seriously the worst Fired Pie I have ever been to. Food is fine but do not order from here. It takes forever and the people do not care. Line formed and employees just hanging and talking like we are not there. Food done and it just sitting there while employees walk around it. Zero urgency and once we finally got our pizzas they forgot to cut them.

Love the food here! You can have one of their creations or you can build your own. Really love the pizza here, there are a lot of other places in Scottsdale fashion Square in the food court to eat at, but I always end up eating pizza from here!

First time for Chicken pesto pizza. Did not skimp on toppings, got what I was expecting for the price. Very tasty. Went on a weekend and food court was packed with long lines. This is definitely one of the more busy places but employees handled the pressure well and even though I had to wait awhile as the pizzas are made to order, I got the pizza in good time.

I ordered the Spicy Southwest salad. I eat a salad daily, and this was on the lower spectrum of taste and dish presentation. And it took longer than expected. The staff was kind enough to customize/substitute some ingredients. But overall, would not be my go to place for Salads. I will try other items on their menu like Pizza though, loads of customization available.

Rather have a Sbarro’s. Pizza is bad especially for the price and wait. Over 30 minutes. I was standing close the whole time the girl who took my name never called me. I asked her if mine was ready since everyone before and after me was already served and she looked lost. They offered a refund but I just wanted my food. They remade it but I had to wait another 15 minutes for it. No apology for giving away my order to someone else, just anger, arguing, and blame.

Fired Italian salad lettuce was browning and all wilted, Basil on one pizza was brown and wilted, Both pizzas were under cooked. This was all ordered through grub hub with a frustrating return as Fired pie was not willing to make the return grub hub was not willing to make the return I ended up having to take the product back to fired pie and call grub hub from the fired pie location to get a refund.

I should have known to expect low-quality standards from a mall food court but had higher expectations for this particular location. I walked up when there wasn’t a line formed and waited about 5 minutes until someone finally greeted me to take my order (employees had been chatting in the kitchen this whole time).
Began to place my order and noticed both female employees had their hair in ponytails, one of which kept flicking her hair back around her shoulder… Loose hair around exposed food should have been my next red flag. It would be helpful to have signage regarding which condiments are available at this location like others – listened to the customer behind me ask what each topping item was.
Pizza was ready about 12 minutes later and employees seemed annoyed to have to be there. Subpar service and experience.
