This was a wildly racist experience, I’m disappointed and frankly disgusted by the behavior of these employees. I went in to simply grab my pick up order, I love Fired Pie, have never eaten at this location though. When I got to the counter I said I have an order for “Avidan” and the dark haired girl looked to the other staff and laughed, calling me “Abu Dhabi,” and then laughing at me as she went to grab the pizza.
I was more confused at this point, I didn’t see what was so funny.
As she looked at the name on the order, she asked if it could be under any other name. At this point, I could clearly see my name on the box. I just said, “Nope, it’s just Avidan.” At which point, she felt the need to argue with me over the name, butchering the pronunciation, intentionally at this point. I reiterated, It’s Avidan, that the order was mine, and that’s how you pronounce that. She laughed again and dismissed me with a “If you say so.” I wasn’t going to waste any more time at this point, I just said OK and left, she condescendingly laughed and wished me a great night.
I love fired pie, but it’s really unfortunate that someone like this is representing the store and the brand. I can’t say I would go back to this location.

Was waiting for the pizza in the oven. One of the workers dropped a pizza box off the counter. She picked it up off the ground to still use. Two people said to her not to use it. Her response was its not your pizza. Someone else said something about it touching the ground. After the second person saying she threw it away.

First time here and it was awesome! Had no idea you could add any and all fresh toppings to the pizza included in the price, it was delicious! The pizza, mac and cheese and pookie were all really good! Will definitely be back for more! Great concept and surprising good food!

I am writing this review to solely recognize a good employee at this place. I come here alot because the pizzas are great always!! Today though I got great customer service from ISAAC and I wanted to make sure he gets recognized. He was very attentive and really communicated well with his team. He made sure to ask how I liked my pizza cooked. I THINK HE IS A GREAT ASSET TO YOUR COMPANY AND YOU ARE LUCKY TO HAVE HIM. His customer service is PHENOMENAL. I hope he is working every time I come.

We have been Fired Pie fans for quite some time now. My hubby wanted a sandwich while I wanted pizza. Luckily, they are neighbors in this plaza so we both got our way. They were a bit busy when I walked in and the customer in front of me was rudely having a video chat while trying to order. Total pet peeve!! The staff was patient with her and several times apologized to me for the wait and that they would be right with me. The younger gal helping me seemed new (as she kept asking someone behind her questions) but she was doing a great job and was very sweet while helping me. I ordered an Elote pizza because of the sticker on the glass while I was waiting and my normal custom creation. I had a gift card so I decided to try the new pizza. I figured if anything I didnt truly pay for it anyway! 🙂 I had some of both pizzas when I got home! Both were delicious! The crust was a bit soft and needed a touch longer in the oven is my only complaint. Otherwise, everything was great!
