My husband and I visited during VB Restaurants week and we were really impressed with the special menu options, so we had to give them a try. We started with the She Crab and the Potato and Cheese soups; the She Crab had plenty of real crab, but the Potato and Cheese ended up being our favorite. For our second course, we shared the Crab Dip and Bacon-Wrapped Shrimp-both were so good we’d absolutely order them again.
For our third course, we had the Bison Meatloaf and the Lemon Caper Parrotfish, and both dishes were delicious and really well prepared. There was so much food that we couldn’t finish and took the rest home, and it was just as tasty the second day after reheating (definitely ask your server for reheating tips!).
The staff was fantastic-Always checking on us to ensure everything was perfect. Even when our server was tied up, another team member promptly stepped in to follow up. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely come back to try more items on the menu.

Firebrew was on the VA Beach restaurant week list, with lunch until 4. Tried the potato and cheddar I believe was the type of cheese is was good especially on this cold winter day it hit the spot. Then I got the mushroom burger hold the mushrooms, good the string beans could have used some more seasoning but overall for what $20 or $15 can’t remember exactly it was well worth it and I would return to try something else on menu. Even got the pecan pie to go. The pie was good. Sever was quick and kept my drink filled.

Tried Firebrew for the first time during restaurant week, and it was really good! I enjoyed my salmo, mushroom risotto, and asparagus very much. The pork ribeye, and seafood stew were also very delicious. Leave the mojitos alone and get the espresso martini! It is excellent. The cornbread was cold and there was nothing special about it. The tomato and basil bisque was excellent. That should be a regular menu item. Overall, great first experience.

We’ve been here before bits it’s been a few years. Salmon was cooked perfectly. Asparagus was a little undercooked and risotto needed more flavor. The Philly steak was good but the wedge fries were not great, small pcs and mostly overcooked. Their self serve wine system is still pretty sweet.

Absolutely overwhelmed by the quality of the food. Just perfect combinations of taste and texture.Wonderful vacation experience, and will always come back. But get your dessert as a Takeaway because the meals are substantial.

Yesterday, 11/8/2025, we held our mother’s 75th surprise birthday party in the enclosed/covered patio at 1:30 in the afternoon. We planned it about a month in advance and the owners and staff worked closely with us in picking out a pre-selected menu for our 30 guests to choose from that day. The owners designed a beautiful personalized menu. I chose to hold the party on the enclosed patio, but I was slightly worried about the weather. They reassured me that they had heaters if we needed them, and we did not. We had 2 dedicated servers and a manager on duty. Not one beat was missed. Everything was 5-Star. The food, the service, the venue, the whole experience…and even the weather! We had ordered some flatbreads and wings for appetizers. The garlic herb chicken was moist and flavorful. The salads were abundant! The burgers and chicken sandwiches were also delicious. We had guests from 93 years old, all the way down to 5 years old and everyone was happy. I’d highly recommend FIREBREW for anything from a quick lunch stop, to a nice dinner, to a private party. They provide not just delicious food and excellent service, but most importantly, my Mom was thrilled with the entire experience, as were we.

I ate here recently with friends as we were in town for a wrestling tournament and had the wings, bacon wrapped shrimp and the meat lovers pizza! The services and food were all good. The wings are unique as there are done in their fire oven at 600° and not fried. They had three sauces, we tried the swear chipotle and barbecue and both were really good. I thought the over all experience was good and would definitely go back again.

We came for an impromptu valentine dinner with a toddler. We were seated and given coloring pages, and each of us were given a rose. Everything was scrumptious! We ordered seafood Mac, tomato basil soup, crab dip and pasta for the kiddo. And a peanut butter pie from heaven for dessert. It was all created with love and when you go out to dinner this is the kind of food I’m happy to pay for again and again!

I started with the pierogies for an appetizer — great flavor and perfectly cooked. They had a solid bourbon selection, which this Kentucky boy definitely appreciated. The Philly was excellent, and the vegetable of the day — Baja carrots — were seasoned just right. I wrapped it up with a Vanilla Porter for dessert. Great meal all around.
