I had such a great experience at this restaurant! From the moment we walked in, Bella was so excited to help us. She went above and beyond to make sure our party of over 10 was seated comfortably and taken care of. Her caring heart and attention to detail truly stood out.
Our waitress, Julia, was also amazing so attentive and friendly throughout the evening.
The food was amazing!

Took my beautiful love to this place and had a good time. The food was very delicious and we had a nice server name Chris. Ordered Bacon Deviled Eggs for appetizer and drinks were the Holiday Margarita and a Cuba Libre. Our meal were the Honey Glazed Chicken and NY Strip.

It has been 5 years since I last ate at Firebird’s so a new rating is well overdue. We had dinner tonight in honor of my brother’s retirement from AT&T and I was very pleased with the food and service. My Bleu Cheese Filet was cooked perfectly (medium rare) and the accompanying mushrooms and baked potato were the perfect pairing. My wife enjoyed her Caesar Salad with fire roasted chicken and everyone else at the table commented on the quality of the food. After a round of desserts, we came away thoroughly satisfied and definitely stuffed. The only downside was the ambient noise level, partially due to another large party seated nearby. But you could tell that everyone was enjoying the food, fellowship and service. Firebird’s will definitely be on my list for future special occasions and celebrations.

The food was very good. I had the Tomahawk Pork Chop, which was delicious. Glazed carrots and creamed potatoes were included. For the most part, the carrots were burned beyond anything acceptable. Two were edible, the rest were burnt black and hidden underneath the pork chop. Service was good, but not excellent. We will try it again again in a couple of months.

The Lobster Spinach Queso was very good with big chunks of Lobster. The bread was freshly baked. I ordered the “Three Courses”- Grilled Sirloin, BLT salad & Creme Brulee Cheesecake & my wife got the same but with the Wood Grilled Chicken & Chocolate Brownie Sundae. My sirloin was under cooked however the manager took it back to have it cooked longer & brought me a fresh plate of sides. Other than that the food was very good, not used to food this fancy. The service was OK, our server didn’t come around much & said it was his 1st time serving the patio.

Top Rated Reviewer The wait was only 15 minutes for 2 on a Friday night! The steaks were cooked perfectly at medium rare with an even pink-red throughout, not just red at the center. However, one of our sides of broccoli came out cold. Lost one star because I don’t like when the check is automatically brought to the only man at the table. Also, there was a very limited selection of beer. Still, given the quick service and excellent steaks, this place is a good back pocket steak joint for a last minute night out.

I really don’t see what all the hype is about. Food was average. The Joey Jones, our server was great, the drinks are bomb!!! Love the outside area. I guess for me every T needs to be crossed & I dotted but that’s why the mid way review, 3 star average, but great server and drinks. Thanks Joey Jones.

One of our favorite restaurants. We love their BBQ ribs. The sauce is amazing and the ribs are so tender. The corn, parmesan mashed potatoes, and broccoli are so delicious. The salad with steak on top is also a favorite of mine and the bread is wonderful. This is the best place for you special occasions. The service is top notch. The atmosphere has a dark and woodsy feel.

My husband and I love this restaurant it’s been more than 5 years and we’ve been coming to this restaurant it’s quite literally our favorite restaurant. So on my birthday Feb 4th my husband and son took me out to an early dinner. From the hostess that set us down to the general manager and of course our waitress was so amazing. Not only did the general manager introduce herself just to say hello. Later on in our meal she came over to our table again to ensure everything was so I like you. Our 2-year-old son took a liking to her and oh my gosh they hit it off! She took our little one on a mini tour around the restaurant while my husband and I got a moment to enjoy our drinks. Like I knew this place was amazing but oh my gosh the staff is just impeccable. And this was even before they knew it was my birthday they were offering top-tier service from the very beginning. I highly recommend this place it’s a family-friendly and also gives off a elevated stylish feel as well which we love. If you’re just going for drinks at the bar or dinner with your family this is the place to go! I want to say thank you oh so much to the general manager our waitress I think her name was Amanda and even the hostess. We of course will be coming back as we have throughout the years.
