Everything was absolutely amazing! We had a large party of 15, and both of our servers were incredible. I remember one waiter named Jonathan (sorry I forgot the other waiter’s name), but together they worked as a fantastic team and made sure everyone in our group was well taken care of all night.
I ordered the drink called Mint Condition it is made with ginger beer (non alcoholic) — so, so good! I also chose the 3-course meal, and every course was a hit. The tortilla soup was full of flavor and tasted amazing. For my entrée, I had the grilled sirloin steak with mashed potatoes and coleslaw. The steak was perfectly cooked — nice and tender, not tough at all — and those mashed potatoes? I don’t know what they put in them, but they were seriously delicious.
For dessert, I had the crème brûlée cheesecake, and wow… just WOW. It was absolutely outstanding.
Overall, I would 100% recommend this place. Yes, it’s a bit on the pricey side, but it’s well worth it. I’ll definitely be back when my pockets allow!

Our server Ingrid was amazing!!! The whole team was fabulous and went above and beyond!!! Such a great experience for a birthday dinner!! I dropped off decorations and the they set it all up!!! Highly recommend!!

We loved our experience at Firebirds. The ambiance is warm and inviting, with the cozy glow from the fireplace, an elegant bar, and plenty of comfortable seating. The service was great and attentive. Our wood fired steaks were cooked exactly how we asked juicy, flavorful, and perfectly seared. We were celebrating a family members birthday: the staff was friendly, and even though they didn’t sing “Happy Birthday” aloud, they wrote it on the dessert dish which felt thoughtful and special

The atmosphere of the restaurant was beautiful. They had nice lighting, lots of booths, and a view into the kitchen.
The staff were incredible, and their attention to detail was incredible. I had reserved a table for my date and I, and selected the occasion was our anniversary. The host Gabe had hand drawn a beautiful card (see attached picture) that was placed at our table when we were seated. Our server Geraldine was super attentive. She refilled our drinks as soon as they were empty and checked up on us often.
The food was amazing. The plating was great, and there was a lot of food for the price. My date and I were super satisfied, and we will definitely be coming back!

Love my Sunday brunch at Firebirds. Robbie is the best server! We like to sit at the bar and he is always welcoming and gets our mimosas right away. He even remembers our favorite meals. If you’re in the mood for good food and great service, stop by Firebirds and enjoy a relaxing brunch.

I always have a great experience here. During my last visit, a couple politely asked me to switch seats so they could sit in their favorite spot. I agreed, and was pleasantly surprised when they paid for my meal to thank me. Highly recommended this restaurant.

This place is nice and out of the way in the craziness of the area. The service is mediocre and the food can be good. My husband usually goes for their prime rib, wings and rib eye. We usually do not have an issue with the temperature of the food, except when we do! We were served cold and undercooked wings (it was remediated after we notified them… but that came with a lesson on how the wings are cooked, however, we know what raw/undercooked chicken is) then my rib eye was overcooked (asked for medium) and the baked potato was mostly raw and I couldn’t cut it with my fork. So, the quality control yesterday was not there. They also had everyone training someone so all orders took a long time. We waited 20 min to be acknowledged even though it wasn’t busy and there were so many servers! No one gave us any water!

We went there three days ago, with a reservation for a party of eighteen. We were celebrating my cousin’s birthday. Our servers, Angie and Veronica, were very attentive and accommodating. One family member is vegan, and they went out of their way to prepare mushroom tacos (something that doesn’t appear on their menu) for her. They kept the cake in the back until we were ready for it. The manager, Heather, was also very nice and accommodating. She constantly checked on our party to be sure everything was going well. The food was delicious. The drinks and cocktails were also good. Heather, Angie and Veronica all asked us to come back again. We had such a great time, we will definitely be returning. Thank you ladies for a fabulous time.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! The food was delicious and the atmosphere was absolutely amazing! Such a cozy ambience and great place to enjoy while dining. Heather the manager is JUST AWESOME! She runs a tight ship and it reflects in every aspect of this restaurant! She was such a beautiful soul and super professional. We were visiting from out of town and came two nights in a row!!! She told us there’s a Firebirds in Alpharetta, GA, but I want the SAME EXACT EXPERIENCE I had in Pembroke Pines or I’m going to be upset! Lol
