A friend took me out for birthday happy hour after 2pm. It was empty when we got there but then it picked up. Our server, Amalie (I apologize spelled your name incorrectly) was amazing!!! She remembered and i remembered we were there last year. Same server and same amazing service. The drinks were great and appetizers good. Next time I will try oe of the regular meal on the menu.
Back to our server. So friend ordered cheesecake dessert for me and to our surprise our server brought extra samples of the cheesecake with candles.
Will be there again.

What I ordered vs what I received. My party all received their food about 30 minutes into our brunch, I was told that they ran out of biscuits and my food would be another few minutes.
I then overhear a staff member tell the table next to us that “someone was running out to get more biscuits” and it would be another additional 5 minutes for biscuits. This didn’t make me feel confident, because what kind of store bought biscuit would I be served? When my meal came out, I knew this was a canned biscuit from the grocery store – no gravy, no potatoes, no pickled onions, just a canned biscuit with burnt sausage on a plate. At this point, my party had finished their food, it was 50 minutes into sitting down and I was over it. I advised my server and who I can only imagine was the manager, who were very apologetic, but this was incredibly disappointing. To make things worse, after getting up without eating I saw a table with a proper biscuit, and it 100% was not what I was served and what is pictured.
Just tell people you don’t have biscuits rather than going to Aldi and getting a Pillsbury knockoff. What I was served isn’t worth $5 let alone the $18+ listed on the menu. I feel incredibly let down by the kitchen for getting served this subpar food and for whoever allowed this to happen let alone allow this food to leave the kitchen.

Our server Carlee was absolutely amazing! Despite an issue with the temperature of our steak, the team at Firebirds — especially Carlee and the GM — were more than accommodating and truly turned it into a great night. We completely understand that things can happen on such a busy evening, but the dedication and care shown in resolving everything and meeting our needs was exceptional. Because of that level of service, we will definitely be back.

We had a party of 8 with a reservation for 6:00 last night. Our table wasn’t ready, so off to the bar we went where we ordered 7 drinks. There was no seating open so we stood around, clearing a path for staff the best we could in the tight area. I suppose that wasn’t good enough as a staff member said, “excuse me,” 4 times very rudely and asked us to clear the way. We wouldn’t be in your way if our table was ready, plus it’s a bar, people stand around to socialize.
4 of us got steaks or filets and sadly they were all subpar and no one finished them. Sides were all cold. We didn’t say anything since we waited a long time for food to arrive. 2 of our party said the steak was not great the last time they were there…I wish they warned us. This was my first and sadly, last time there. I REALLY wanted to love it. Our waitress Lizzie was amazing, very attentive with quick refills of water and VERY delicious drinks.

Wednesday was my first time at this location and I really enjoyed my visit after a stressful day. Immediately, I was welcomed with a friendly smile and seated by hostess. My server came over shortly after to receive my order. (I cannot remember my waiters name but I was sat at table 12) My waiter was very pleasant and polite. I informed her my child had an allergy after looking over the menu and not seeing many options. She went the extra mile by providing details on items that were egg and nut free. She even notified me about it the oils that food items get fried in to warn me.
Food: I ordered a 3 course meal, Cesar salad, Steak, mash and broccoli. A brownie sundae for desert. All of which tasted phenomenal. If you love a great steak with flavor, this meal will not disappoint you! I paired my meal a lemon drop which tasted ok, nonetheless I had a great experience.
Since there was not many options for food and kid didn’t have a big appetite at that time I order a side of fruit.
Atmosphere: I loved the aesthetically pleasing bar, all of the bottles were organized and let off vibrant cool colors from the light reflection. Very pleasing.
I also observed the managers walking around checking on things to ensure quality. This makes a great business. I love that the restaurant had a low noise level, I really dislike loud chattering environments. Also, I observed no worker had a negative attitude and I absolutely love that and hope they’re very appreciated by the company.

Really enjoyed this eatery!!! Our server Brandy was absolutely fantastic! She was super with everything. The good food was a bonus.
The menu was brunch menu and it was super delicious.
I had a Bloody Mary along with shrimp and grits. Which I highly recommend. My husband had an Elijah Craig bourbon and a cheeseburger with fries. We enclosed patio to ourselves for a while with a nice view of the shopping center. It was so refreshing and Brandy just made it even more enjoyable. Highly recommended it here.

We loved this place! We came for an early dinner on a Saturday and left super full! Two of us got the 3 courses option that comes with a starter, entree, and dresser for $40. We got the chicken tortilla soup and the loaded potato soup, which was the soup of the day. Both were very flavorful and slightly spicy. For entrees, we got sirloins (one with shrimp) and one with the BLT compound butter. The steaks were pink enough, but we were happy we ordered medium rare instead of medium, since both of ours were airing on the less pink side. The compound butter was supper tasty, but the grill on the steaks had tons of flavor themselves. We also got the grilled salmon salad. The salmon was perfect on the salad and it was super fresh.
Dessert was the true highlight though! The bread pudding was my favorite. It has blueberries in it and came out warm with ice cream on top. I’ve been dreaming about this and totally want to come back for it, but the blueberries might be a seasonal thing. The crème brûlée cheesecake had all the best parts of crème brûlée and cheesecake. To die for.
