Tina was our waitress and she was amazing, she was super friendly, kind and very helpful. I had the wings and they were very good, super delicious. My friends had the pulled pork and it was delicious as well, also de nachos. Loved the place, the atmosphere, even the cook came to tell us jokes, very happy picking Firebird Tap for lunch.

Sept 6, 2025 8pm. James was our bartender. Me and two other friends sat at the bar for dinner on a Saturday night. I had 12 wings from three different sauces. Can’t remember last time I had wings so good. Smoked then fried. Seasoned perfectly. Our bartender was great. Portions were perfect. Draft beer was great too. Wings HIGHLY recommended.

Wings were good size and it was a special deal that night for them. Flavor was good. Brisket sand was disappointing and not much meat and they were out of pork. Fries basic, I really liked the potato salad. Burger was very disappointing as well. Food is super average. Maybe we just got the wrong things.
All beers we had were excellent! Did flight to try many.
Very limited seating and parking. Honestly if they regulated the parking better and less obstacles in the lot, you could probably fit 5 to 6 more cars.
One night we went they did music bingo, that was a super cool experience and the folks that did it were nice and fun! Loved it!!!Went another night where they had a live guitarist, she wasn’t great but it was fun and live music you just take your chance sometimes.
Will be back for things like this!

Cozy atmosphere with a wonderful selection of local beer and ciders. The ribs fell off the bone. The bbq pork loaded potato was amazing. Their homemade potato salad and chips are top notch. The staff is super friendly, we really enjoyed our experience and will be back!

We decided to give this place a chance vs the big place down the road and so glad we did. We ordered the Raging Bull sandwich with onion rings and 12 wings dry rubbed in wood fire garlic. Sandwich and wings were amazing. They had a great selection of craft beer from local breweries. There’s an outdoor patio with some games too. Staff was friendly and attentive. Family friendly. We will definitely come back!!!

Was super excited to visit this newer place thats has BBQ items !! First off who ever smokes the pulled pork….you are a master. That is one of the best pulled porks ive ever had. Your sweet tea bbq is phenomenal. And thank you so much for not mixing your suace with the meat. Only amateurs do that to cover dry meats. You guys do it right. My sandwich was an A+..my fries were sub par. You can tell they were cooked and sat on the counter for a long time…and they came out soggy. The flavor was good though.
The lady had the bbq baked potato and loved it! Again goes back to that awesome pork!. Out of the 2 servers working that afternoon, i feel like we got the one who didnt care. Food was delivered with no silverware, coke came in a can, (which is ok if it was noted on the menu and it wasnt, usually this is a servers info if not), and we had to ask for the check 3 times.
Ill give the food 5 stars because of the prok and the portion sizes.
The service 3 stars.
Atmosphere ill give 4 stars as its winter time , but im excited to stop buy during summer with the back patio open.
I cant wait to come back and try the wings and onion rings this time. Im betting everything will be 5 stars then and ill update it as so!.

We have driven by this place multiple times not knowing it was here. We happened to see it last night and stop in.
Holy cow, what we have been missing.
Great atmosphere, plenty of cold beers to chose from, and the food was amazing.
Jay was our server. Very helpful and sweet.
Will definitely be making the 50min trip back down with some pals to continue enjoying this place..

Outstanding kitchen! I had a beef brisket with fries and coleslaw. Brisket and coleslaw are house made. Fantastic! Fries are good, but fries are fries. The service is great. This is what you need after a hike in the little Smokies
