They changed their fry vendor and the new plain fries they use are flavorless, not crispy, and disgusting. Also I ordered extra crispy wings and got soggy wings. The store smelled like dirty mop water.

We ordered late night wings and ordered a few flavors. Lemon pepper, peanut butter, spicy, and I think the Saigon one. The wings were pretty good and tasted really good. We also got the Parmesan fries and regular fries and the reg ones were a lot better than the Parmesan. They also gave us lots of sanitizing wipes and many napkins. This place is made a pretty good dinner for us.

I’ve been going to this location for about a year now and never had an issue. My food is always fresh and the order is correct. But today I was extremely disappointed in the customer service. I attempted to place an order on the phone but was cut off multiple times so I decided to come in. The same girl who answered the phone was at the front. Janessa was just as rude as she was over the phone. She walked past us multiple times before pushing the kiosk and saying “if y’all ready you can use the kiosk”. I told her no I will wait for someone to take my order. We waited a few more minutes and when she finally walked up, she was dry and cutting me off, just like she did over the phone and chuckled when I asked if she put in the discount. The food was fresh like always, but if she’s going to act like that with customers, she needs to be in the back or get a new job.

Got my order wrong on multiple occasions! There is no where to sit down and it’s in Oakland that should say enough. I live in Berkeley and always make the drive to alameda they have a much better establishment. And honestly way better service

Don’t go! Save your money! The tiny sandwich cost 7$ they’ve been making them smaller lately but this is ridiculous. They told me it’ll take twenty minutes to make the order. I went to check they hadn’t even starter, I didn’t get mad I just ask “okay how much longer then” 15 minutes. I checked again still haven’t started on my order. It took 50 minutes to get my order done.
I’ve never wanted to write a bad review about a A business because I haven’t had an experience so bad that made me want to write a bad review but I can say with 100% certainty that I have never had an experience this bad.
Total cost of everything was $60. Was not even worth $16. Fries were so soggy sandwich was burnt and wings were cooked too long and dry. Save your money I never thought I’d say this about a wing spot, but you’d have a better experience at the frozen freezer Isle of your grocery store.

First time eating here and we receive it cold, Coleslaw salad is very bad and gross, Fries were burnt and nasty also the chicken. Sorry If you want to come here but I not recommend this place.

I went here 2 days in a row. Just for fries because I had leftover chicken from home. I’m serious about my fries and I like them cooked when I order them and I eat them right out of the grease. Yesterday the lady that helped me did right. Fresh out the grease golden brown. Thanks sis. Today the guy who helped me serve me an order of fries that had been sitting there but dropped them back in the grease to fool me but I’m a fry guy and if you overcook shoestring fries they get brown and hard. I kindly took them back and asked for a fresh order. It took the fries twice as long to come out and when I got them there were warm and some of those twice cooked fries were mixed in. I paid $5 for an order of fresh fries and he served me like they would go out of business if he didn’t get rid of those fries. Even though it was only fries I have eaten there on a pretty regular basis but idiots like that cost businesses regular paying loyal customers. I won’t be back and I love chicken. I’m a 4 time a week chicken guy.

Gralic parmesan chicken wing is the best, I usually order that, it goes amazing with ranch dip. Today tried house salad with fried chicken, really yummy. : )
