I’ve got to say Lesley’s customer service is top tier. I’ve gone there on my lunch break twice now and I will only go there because Lesley made it such an amazing experience. I even told her I would never go to wing stop again. They call them selves wing experts nah Lesley is the expert she knows her stuff. I wanted to know the difference between Thai chili and Saigon Street and she was able to differentiate the flavors and even let me sample them before deciding. She had enough patience to explain the menu and all the sides. She knows how to make a customer feel important.
The food is phenomenal as well the boneless wings aren’t super hard to bite into the lemon pepper isn’t super greasy and the Parmesan noodles are delicious. However I wish the mango habanero was spicier but it’s still delicious I’ll be spending my money here more often. 10/10 overall.

My husband and I both had the most amazing experience at Fire Wings yesterday. We walked in, totally famished and clueless on how to even go about our orders. We were waited on by Ariel, the kindest person I have ever met. She was so sweet and thoughtful and very tenderhearted to us. I don’t know why this place has such a low rating. We’ve had it too many times to count over the last year and it hits the spot every time. Probably our favorite wings and fries in the area. Love that you can get the wings extra crispy. Also the garlic noodles are so good. Never had a bad experience.

I have been to fire wings so many times…the sunrise location the most. I was in the area and wanted some wings so I decided to stop in.
I ordered only a 5 piece peanut butter which omg is my favorite…but these were over cooked… grease tasted rancid and old. The sauce was disgusting…those were the worst tasting wings I have ever had.
I also ordered the garlic fries. When fresh are amazing…but not this location.
The fries were hard…soaked in a pool of grease…no garlic flavor at all and again tasted rancid.
Holy Spirit warned me not to go…but I decided to come anyways…He was right…I barely made it home before being sick. I almost did not make it to the bathroom.
The place was dirty…kids eating pizza in the place… workers friends all hanging out.
What a terrible experience. I WILL NEVER COME TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN.
I HOPE TGE HEALTH INSPECTOR COMES…THEY WILL CLOSE THAT PLACE DOWN.
You can tell there is zero management and they do not care.

This specific Fire Wings location is our FAVORITE. They allow you to call ahead to order which is a GREAT way to support them without using a third party like door dash or Uber eats. Pickup is easy and they always verify your order. Its our go to spot

Called in for my order. It was very hard to communicate with the person over the phone as she kept talking over me. I asked if they had chicken tender fries at their location since I didn’t see it on their website & the lady responded, “we have any flavor you can add your own”. I told her I wanted the Nashville chicken tender fries. The photo provided is their “Nashville chicken tender fries”. It came with no chicken. Not sure what the burnt brown sauce was but I just threw the whole thing away once I tasted a small bite. Wings were eh. Soggy when I got them. Would give this place zero stars if I could. Terrible communication service & nasty food at this location. I’ve ordered this multiple times before at other locations & have never seen this before. Save your money & go to a different Fire Wings location.

It’s a small location, but I still like it. I usually order ahead of time, so I’m not waiting forever to get the food, but they always have it ready by the estimated pickup time. Even when I order there, it’s not too long of a wait. I absolutely love their wings (my faves: garlic parmesan and peking). The perfect amount of sauce. The fries are amazing. There’s seating inside and outside.
