Finally got the chance to stop in at Fire Up Grill! And man was most definitely worth it!!! Got the bbq pulled pork sandwich and it was same with the mac and cheese! Make sure you go follow their Facebook page to know where they are popping up shop!!! Won’t be disappointed!

Fire Up Grills food & customer service is among the best I’ve seen. It is so hard to find amazing food in & around Port Huron. I would never had dreamt it would come out of a food truck. My only complaint is I can get to them 24/7!! I plan on driving to their new place several times a week & stocking up!

This companies food truck comes to my work quite often. I had a little extra time on break that night, so I decided to try them out. I ordered the Mac n Cheese w/ rib tips on top for $10 + $1.75 for debit card use. I put my order in, walked to my vehicle real quick and came back to my food about done. It was pretty quick like 7 minutes total. It looked pretty good when I got it, but that was it. There was a total of 4-5 quarter sized “rib tips” on top of a decent amount of mac n cheese. I took my first bite and instantly spit it out. The “rib tips” were more like just chunks of rib bone, fat and not even enough meat on them to be worth putting in your mouth. The texture of the bones and just the fact every bite I took I had to sift thru rib bones and Mac n Cheese, just to spit it all out, was enough to make me lose my appetite. The Mac and cheese wasn’t anything special. I ended up throwing the rest of it away after I lost my appetite. Long story short; I paid $11.75 for some Mac n Cheese and rib bones. I don’t doubt their food is good. Maybe I just got a bad plate. But it was enough to ruin them for me.

I ordered the ramen brisket plate, the ramen was just like the packets of ramen at Walmart. Parts of the noodles weren’t fully cooked and crunchy. I had only one piece of brisket in the bowl, that’s it. It tasted off too. Also ordered a side of greens and that tasted off as well. My son said his fries tasted like bagged store fries with freezer burn. I hate to say it but this is literally the worst meal I’ve ever had in my life. I cannot recommend this place at all. My entire meal came to $40 and it was not worth it. It seems like they are cutting corners

Ran across this little jem in Imlay city where I had their pulled pork sandwich that was delicious.. at a different event I came across them and had the brisket which was so good . I now follow their FB page so I know where they will be and when. Tonight I tried the bacon wrapped drumstick that was slow smoked goodness . The food is reasonably priced, and you can definitely tell this is their passion.. so good! Definitely worth trying!!
