We had such a great experience! Erin and Angie at the bar were absolutely fantastic. They took their time walking us through the menu, gave thoughtful recommendations, and made us feel so taken care of the entire night. We ordered the ribeye and the Valentine’s tasting menu, and both were phenomenal. The pork belly confit was especially amazing, so flavorful and perfectly done. I loved the tasting menu because it let me try so many different options, and every course was delicious. Don’t skip the espresso martini, it was amazing. We’ll definitely be back!

My husband and I were scrambling to find a last-minute Valentine’s reservation and decided to give this place a try — and wow. Every single thing we ordered was absolutely incredible. I’m not exaggerating when I say it’s one of the best meals we’ve had in a long time.
And if you go, ask for Shamicha — she was phenomenal. Attentive, friendly, and made the entire experience even better. You will not be disappointed!
Also, Angelina (bartender) was extremely accommodating and makes the BEST drinks!

The lighting in this place is phenomenal! Erin and Angelina at the bar gave us such a good time. Their drinks were A-MAZE-ING! Loved every part of our time here. Especially to have service so attentive on Valentine’s evening, it was very special. The Bison is a MUST HAVE, it was so delicious!

This was my first time stopping into this hidden gem on the way home. Everything from the cocktails to the food was top tier. When I saw my bartender use a sugar cube instead of syrup for my Old Fashioned, I knew I found something. Erin and Angelina fostered a warm enviroment, I will definately be back to the bar top to explore more of the menu. The food was delicious, compliments to the Chef’s. I recommend an after dinner Affagato-best bourbon ice cream I’ve ever had!

I entered our dining experience slightly hesitant because of the mixed reviews. Maybe they are still working kinks out some nights, but our party of 8 had a SPLENDID experience. Halibut, pork chops, steak- all cooked perfectly. Nicholas was an astute and friendly server. Cocktails were great, and so was dessert. From start to finish we had an excellent experience. It’s too pricey for it to be a regular spot, but for a special occasion, it was a perfect choice.

Had an Absolute wonderful dinner here tonight to celebrate a Birthday. Angelica was our server and did an outstanding job! Super friendly, knowledgeable, and very attentive to the needs of her customers! We will be praying for her as she is on maternity leave and can not wait to see her again! Food was very delicious on point with everything. Deserts were delicious and had a very one off taste. Thank you again and can’t wait to dine with you guys again!!

What an amazing night out at Fire and Smoke. We stumbled upon this restaurant via google and we can’t wait to come back. I wish I had taken pictures but we were so thoroughly enjoying our food we didn’t think of it. We had the quail as an appetizer. I had the bison steak and my husband had the wagyu (we shared of course). I also had the Brussels sprouts and mac and cheese… delish! My husband had the smoked baked potato and broccoli. We both sampled everything! It was so good we cleaned our plates. The owners greeted us at the door.
It is more expensive than other places but so worth it. Compliments to the chef and treat yourself!

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! The food was phenomenal — every bite was full of flavor and beautifully prepared. The service was incredible, and the entire atmosphere is warm, positive, and welcoming. It’s the perfect romantic spot — you can actually hear your date without loud distractions, which makes such a difference.

Love coming here!! Service is always great. The Waygu 15oz wasn’t what I expected; a little too chewy for me, but everything else was absolutely amazing. Yellowtail tuna app was devoured by the rest of the table in seconds. Will be back soon and love the family friendly environment.

My husband and I celebrated Valentines day here and we highly recommend. The food, atmosphere, and service were amazing. The prices are higher but you are definitely paying for quality. I had the American Wagyu Filet and my husband had the Bison Filet. We both had the smoked baked potato and for dessert we had the Blackberry Crumble and the Creme Brulee Cheesecake. We have absolutely no complaints. It was all delicious.
