The brisket is absolutely amazing!!! The Coachella apple salad is also fantastic! It was the perfect way to wrap up our Friday after hiking in the cold night. We arrived a bit late (around 6:20 pm), so the ribs and chicken wings were already sold out. But that just gives us another reason to come back next time we’re in Zion!

Absolutely phenomenal BBQ! The brisket and ribs exceeded my expectations — perfectly cooked, juicy, and packed with flavor. Even the pulled pork and turkey were amazing. The BBQ sauces were great too; the spicy one was my favorite.
On top of the fantastic food, the service was just as impressive. The owner, Michael was super friendly and even took the time to show me his smoker.
This place is a true five-star gem. Highly recommend!

Dear Baby Jesus, this was absolutely delicious!! We are from out of town and stopped by and was the best meal we had here. The meat was practically falling off the bone and the brisket was super soft. Very friendly girls at the front and seemed happy to be there. Also, I wanna say the owner check on us, which was awesome too! Definitely a must try spot if you’re in town!

Absolutely the best BBQ we’ve ever tasted. I’d give it 6 stars if I could. Pulled pork, ribs, and jalapeno sausage were perfect, sauces were to die for. Amazing side dishes too (mac and cheese and cheesy potatoes). Friendly, knowledgeable staff and proprietor. Hope we get a location near Salt Lake City soon!!!

Wow! Fantastic BBQ place! We did the 2 proteins and one side dishes. Brisket melts in your mouth. Ribs are cooked to perfection. And the pulled pork hit the spot! I would recommend the Mac and cheese over the fries for a side even though I normally wouldn’t. The BBQ sauces went with everything. The spicy is my favorite as it has a rich sweet flavor to it without it being hot. Even the pop was delicious lol. The owners even came up to chat with us at our table and were super friendly.
We called ahead (~20 minutes) so that the food would be ready when we arrived. We thought it was going to be busy but it wasn’t at all when we got there. But we saw some people wait a bit to get their order when they order there. Just in case you’re in a rush!
Also, double check when they are open as we had this place on the docket to have dinner here for like a week but then kept realizing they were closed or we wouldn’t make it there in time. But that’s on us lol.
10/10 would recommend to a friend.

Some of the best Texas-style BBQ I’ve had outside of Texas. Brisket is smoky, tender, and perfectly barked; ribs are just as good—juicy inside with a flavorful crust. No sauce needed, but plenty to try. Family-friendly with a cozy kids’ corner with books, games and a real cow hide to touch and feel.

Came back today, and it was a good decision. I tried the Coachella Apple Salad with smoked turkey, and it was really satisfying. In addition to the apple, there were chopped dates, pecans, and watermelon radish. Great mix of crunchy flavors! My spouse tried the smoked sausage sandwich with pepper jack cheese and baked beans on the side. We especially liked the way chopped peppers, pickle slices, and onion fixings were also served on the side!
Fountain drinks are all sweet here, but they have bottles of diet soda available. We can’t wait until their location opens in Cedar City!
Yesterday: Alas, we arrived minutes before they closed for the day. We’ll be back tomorrow for their BBQ menu!

If you’re ever in Kanarraville after a long day of adventure, make sure to stop by Fire and Smoke Barbecue! We went there today after a thrilling day of riding dirt bikes, and it was the perfect way to end the day. We tried the brisket and pulled pork, which were both mouthwateringly tender and full of flavor. The cowboy nachos were a great treat to share, and the pulled pork sandwich hit the spot.
What really stood out was the amazing customer service. The owner came out to chat with us, which made the experience even better. As if that wasn’t enough, they treated us to some delicious wings on the house. The food was incredible, and the kindness of the people there made it a truly memorable meal. If you’re passing through, don’t miss out on this fantastic spot!

You guys…this is real…legit…Texas bbq. Absolutly loved the owner of this family owned resturant who told me the pitmaster gets cooking at 3 am to feed y’all the best brisket on the planet, and dont even get me started about the turkey (yes, I said turkey, and no, normally I dont even like turkey…but its that good. Literally) I tried all the meats and they were all so good. I want to keep this place to myself.. but also want them to be hugely succesful. Mike drop.
