Since 2009, the Fire Slice team has been serving up Amarillo’s best pizza, craft beer, unique wines and other delicious food. We focus on YOU and want to provide an amazing dining experience each time you visit. Our special process for making dough yields a crust like no one else’s – especially when baked in our perfectly tuned brick ovens. We only procure the freshest, highest quality ingredients we can find- locally, when possible – including artisan cured meats and cheeses. We make our food from SCRATCH, including our house-made Italian sausage, delectable meatballs, sauces & pesto, salad dressing, dessert & more.

Excellent service, delicious food. The pizza was fresh and crisp, the tortellini was cheesy and so so good. My server Sierra was fantastic and she was right. That hot honey sauce goes good with everything. Can’t wait to go back.

Just got back from vacation in Carmel California our happy place. Brunch in Carmel isn’t as good as Fireslice crème brûlée French toast and yummy frittata with blueberry sausage!!! It’s astounding there is not a line out the door at Fireslice!! Mimosas after a round of golf with yummy brunch is our favorite. Shout out to Matt and Sierra, best servers and Cody and Gina best owners of this great place!!! See you very soon!!!

Update – The owner, Cody, called back and we had a great discussion about what happened. I appreciate Cody taking ownership of the problem and offering a solution. I’ve updated my overall review to 5 stars. The food is always great and ownership takes pride in his restaurant. With most businesses anymore, the problem will always be low level customer service or lack of communication.

My friends and I had an enjoyable dinner and time at Fire Slice.
I had a small Green Chile Cheeseburger pizza. It’s large enough to serve two people. I enjoyed it.
One friend had a personal sized pimento cheese, bacon, and jalapeño pizza. It was the special.
Another friend ordered a small custom pizza: chicken and jalapeños.
Everything was served fresh. It’s certainly quality, good ingredients and pizza.
Plus: Our waitress was very patient and sweet.

It was exactly what we needed to make my sister smile. She loved the salad and pineapple upside down cake and we enjoyed the Americana pizza. Took a shot at something new and went for the honey bbq pesto and glad we did. Staff all around was friendly and everything came out fast. Great place for pizza and remember it’s in the back of the center in the alley
