Delicious..!!
We loved it over the top. To be honest the Crestone Noodles was an absolutely different experience. We haven’t tasted anything like this with potato in it with it was extremely delicious. It was a surprise package.

We also took the Lo mein and the Pad Thai with no added protein. And they were equally delicious. We were in town just for the night before we went to the Dunes and absolutely loved it.

This is a small food trailer with few seating spaces just outside it. The couple running it were really awesome. It’s shameful that I missed to get their names. Great job guys.

This food trailer has become a regular stop for us—we visit at least once a week and it’s always solid. We usually order the Crestone noodles and the Pad Thai, and both are consistently really good.

During the summer, we like sitting at the picnic tables and eating there. It’s a relaxed, easygoing way to enjoy the food. Their iced chai tea stands out as the best we’ve tried in the whole valley, and the smash burger is just as good—simple and well done.

We’re happy to have this quality of food in the valley! A place to keep coming back.

Really cute place. It’s like a mobile restaurant. There are a couple tables out front that you can wait and/or eat at. No restrooms. The French fries were awesome. Really good. The Thai tea was a little weak. The burger was good. The pad thai was very different than I have ever had. Maybe because I didn’t have any protein in it. I didn’t really care for it. I will give this another try because the fries were so good.

Hit or miss. I’ve gotten mango sticky rice everytime and it’s consistently delicious. However I once went 45 min before close and I was not so nicely told that they sold out of everything. I was happy for them, however I think after turning a customer away, continuing to keep the open sign on till 7 when you have nothing to sell, may confuse other customers. The next time I went the lady working was kind and amazing, however she gave me an unwrapped fork with extremely dirty hands. Not an issue as I had extra but was unsanitary and not ideal for people on the go with no extra cutlery. While I felt the price for the chicken bao buns was pretty high (small business so I overlooked) the chicken was crispy and they were yummy. I went back again for maybe the last time a few days ago, it was around the same time of night as before and again got the chicken bao buns. They were inedible . Texture was very very rubbery and flavor was gross. I ended up having to pick it off and just eat the buns and small toppings. For some $12 is nothing, but for me $12 was a lot to throw away plus I had no additional time on my lunch break to get something new. However they had done the cutlery different which I appreciated. They have the potential to be really good and have been, I feel I haven’t extensively tried their menu, and I’m hoping the other night was just an “off night” however for the price I don’t think I will take the gamble again on anything but that delicious sticky rice. 🙂

I had the Crestone Fire Noodles with regular chicken and got other dishes for my family on their grand opening. Everyone raved about their food! The lady that helped us gave us a free chai for the wait, but it didn’t feel like we waited that long considering how many dishes we ordered. Excellence all around!

Delish! Had the smash burger today. The fries were excellent and the burger too. Outdoor seating only but very nice spot! My friend had the Asian chicken salad and really enjoyed it!

Hidden gem in the area!
We were blown away by the amazing Lo Mein noodles — full of flavor and perfectly cooked. The Banh Mi is an absolute must if you’re passing through. We only wish we’d found this spot earlier in our trip! Definitely coming back next time we’re in the San Luis Valley.

This place is a gem. Stopped in for takeout dinner and we were blown away at how delicious the noodle bowls we got were. The fried chicken was tender and perfectly battered. The garnish veggies were fresh and crispy and created an excellent flavor ensemble. The noodles had a deep wok seasoning like they came straight from a Bangkok street food vendor. Amazing! Highly recommend.
