Food was Excellent! Service was Excellent! Atmosphere was Good Location. Restrooms were clean, could add about 6 inches to bottom of wall between stalls. Best to order Appetizer if very hungry, they take longer to make the food up to perfection. Sat Outside on Patio/Deck one speaker they haolve is too loud and sounds crackly hurts ears must yell to give order over speaker & traffic. All Staff members were nice, friendly, and helpful.

I had a fantastic experience at the restaurant, and a huge part of that was thanks to Sophie. From the moment we were seated, she was incredibly kind, attentive, and warm. She had such a friendly energy that made us feel right at home. She checked in on us at just the right times, gave great menu recommendations, and genuinely seemed to care about making our visit a good one. Sophie went above and beyond, and her kindness didn’t go unnoticed. If you’re lucky enough to be served by her, you’re in great hands.

Had a great experience at this Bar & Grill! The staff was welcoming, and the service was quick. Prices were fair, and the atmosphere was enhanced by some good music. The clam chowder was excellent, and both the Chicken Crispy BLT and the Bacon Cheeseburger with onion rings were absolutely delicious. Highly recommend!

Very nice American food place right off the Lake George village main road. Pleasant waitresses and great food. Took a bit long to get our food but it was worth it in the end. I got a buffalo chicken salad with a side of fries and both were absolutely delicious. Fries could have been a little saltier and crispier but nothing that a little sprinkle of sauce and some Ketchup won’t fix.

Absolutely love this place and am looking forward to coming back next summer. The atmosphere was fun and welcoming, but what really stood out was the exceptional service and best margarita I have ever had made by Helen! The food was great (best burger I’ve had in a long time) and the prices were very reasonable, especially for Lake George. Whether you’re stopping by for a quick bite or a full meal, this spot is definitely worth checking out. Highly recommend!

Front patio area is a nice setting for lunch/dinner under an umbrella as folks stroll by. Food is great, I love the branding of the burger bun! Pulled pork sandwich is on point and Bavarian pretzels with cheese- can’t go wrong!

On a family vacation we ate at many different places in Lake George. None were as good as Fire and Ice Bar and Grill. Crab cakes were on point and so was the tacos. Drinks were refreshing and the services was top notch. When we go back to Lake George next year this will be a place we revisit.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was truly disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the service was lacking. We waited well over 45 minutes for our drinks absolutely no communication from the staff. Even the food took far too long to arrive.
When the food finally came out, it was cold—not just lukewarm, but clearly sitting for too long. We brought our concerns to the staff, but no real effort was made to address the issue. No apologies, no corrections, no solutions. The management, unfortunately, did nothing to improve the situation or even acknowledge the poor service.
It’s frustrating to spend time and money at a restaurant and be met with indifference. Sadly, this was one of those experiences that makes you question returning. I hope they take the feedback seriously and make changes to improve both their service and customer care.
