Tried the new spot in Blauvelt off Erie Street. Atmosphere, ambiance is quite beautiful! The bar area is worth visiting with co-workers, ladies night out, or just a nice cocktail!
We had dinner for two at a hi-top bar table (our choice). Sweet chili fried calamari with artichokes was delicious. Huge pieces, took half home! Also ordered the Avocado burger and Green Goddess Greek Salad.
My boyfriend loved his burger! I would only say that the French fries could use a little more flavor, maybe a seasoning or sea salt of some type. Otherwise it was great!
I had the Greek goddess grilled chicken Greek salad with a delicious homemade vinaigrette! The stuffed grape leaves and kalamata olives were extremely fresh along with the greens. Took the other half home for lunch the next day. We opted to only admire the beautiful cocktail menu and shows the pink lemonade for this particular night which I am a big fan of!
Will probably add a Citron vodka to that in the near future
Overall it was a great night and I can see that bar definitely becoming a neighborhood hangout where you are bound to run into people you know! Good luck to them and we will be back!

Amazing food.and service. Had a reservation for Mother’s Day everyone was very accommodating. The food was delicious. Ordered appetizer:Fried Calamari/Artichokes—- Wish there were more artichokes. Entree: Stuffed Chicken.
Very busy and a tad loud due to the volume of other patrons and the open concept- acoustics bounce off the walls and ceiling

We’ve had the churrasco, stuffed tostones with pulled pork, nachos, soups, pasta dishes, appetizers, etc. Food is fresh, hot, and yummy! Servers and bartenders are friendly, professional, attentive, and respectful. We’ve had no problems with special requests when ordering.

Last night was my first visit to the Blauvelt location of Fire & Cork! In a strip mall with plenty of parking and a well appointed entrance, it was a memorable experience!
It was my birthday and the staff treated me as a celebrity! The fabulous chef William greeted me and prepared his remarkable Lobster pasta . The wine and cocktails added zest .
The table and bar seating is well placed and the servers attentive. Music and colored light displays added to the ambience!
Chef owner William surprised me and my friend with a stunning dessert and candles!

The menu is classic, classy , unique and varied! The prices are right!

This place brings a good mixed crowd. Portions are generous, and quality of food is up there.
I heard about F & C opening here, from a bartender at a totally separate restaurant. She raved about food and service; and it is well deserved.
We are so glad we went to the Blauvelt location. It’s new, clean, and the attentive employees really do care about their customers.

I have been to many restaurants. Some were good, some were just okay and some were simply mediocre. Fire & Cork Kitchen in Blauvelt checks all the boxes. The staff are very nice, great tasting food and drinks, timely and excellent service and the place is clean.

Love a good find!! Its casual upscale aesthetic is the perfect setting for anything. Our waiter was charismatic and effortlessly charming. He was also knowledgeable about the menu and cocktail options which made us feel like valued customers (which hardly exist these days). The entrée and main course were delicious representing true flavor and not the b.s. additive taste. Everything about this restaurant is worthy!! Next time i’ll make sure to try the dessert 😉

This is a great place that serves delicious drinks and food! One of the only places that I know of in Rockland that offers a Happy Hour with deals on both food and drinks Monday-Friday (which as a 22 year old college student I love)! Staff is great and very attentive and overall ambience is a 10/10! Would definitely recommend 🙂
