The service was AWESOME. The gentleman that your order food at and brings your food to the table is GREAT! He is very positive, polite and helpful. He even gave us a sample of a hot soup, which we ended up ordering. The pad Thai here is my favorite ever. I have been eating here for 5 years and love it ❤️

Fire bowl has the most delicious and also economical bowl of spicy coconut chicken soup you can get anywhere. My niece always gets the sweet & sour chicken with lo mein & potstickers.

For the price of $15 per plate, I was expecting more flavor and protein. The lomein noodles taste like maruchan noodles and the “fiery sauce” just taste like bland spicy tomato sauce. It’s a bit disappointing because it’s my first time trying this place.

I had a great experience at this restaurant thanks to Fernando, the waiter who attended me. His service was excellent from start to finish very attentive, friendly, and professional. He made sure everything was perfect and was always aware of what we needed without being intrusive. His positive attitude and great attention to the me and my family really stood out and made the visit much more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend both the restaurant and Fernando’s service.

Wow! I can’t believe I haven’t found this place sooner.. The brown rice chicken teriyaki bowl was amazing and for the price its hands down the best in town. Ask for their hot sauce if you like spice, the flavors are delicious.

The sesame chicken was good (as always). The Great Hills location is my favorite Fire Bowl Cafe. Elizabeth took my dine-in order and walked me through your new desserts! I ordered the Cheesecake Money Bags with caramel dipping sauce and I LOVED them!!! David was super attentive, checking on me multiple times and even brought me a fortune cookie. We took our large family of 15 to this Fire Bowl location to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. They were so accommodating, friendly, kind, happy, and helpful. They set up a section for us and I placed the individual orders ahead online. Each meal was accurate, hot, and fresh. Thank you Fernando (restaurant manager), David (server) and Elizabeth along with all the other staff for making our birthday celebration so wonderful! We will be back!

Tried this place for the first time and as someone who is picky on their fried rice this place was solid, perfect texture and spiciness added. I liked how you could choose your vegetables instead of being given the traditional vegetables which aren’t a bad thing but can do without at times. Spring rolls were crisp.

Today was the 1st time I’ve tried Gluten-free Chow FUN noodles stir fry w/ Lemon Basil sauce was AMAZING! Service was fast, friendly and overall great! I’ll definitely be back w/ my family! This pic doesn’t serve justice- the serving size is HUGE and you will have “planned abundance ” for next day’s lunch.
