Off to dinner we went, and as we stepped through the doors of Fiorio & Co, we were transported to a lavish restaurant in France, a truly immersive experience.
We were greeted by Thomas (Chef) & Kristy, whose warm welcome set the tone for an exceptional evening, as we were seated and presented with the divine menu for the night. Every dish sounded like a masterpiece, making it a challenge to choose just one.
We decided on chèvre chaud for entree, Confit de canard avec purée de pommes de terre et jus au porto & mousse au chocolat & baba au rhum for dessert, a culinary journey that would leave us in awe.
Wow is all I can say, as the high quality authentic French food was nothing short of sensational, a true testament to the Chef’s expertise. Every single bite was divine, a credit to the Chef’s unwavering commitment to excellence, and it is no wonder that this French cuisine is the talk of the Sunshine Coast, a beacon of excellence.
We had an outstanding night, indulging in a truly authentic French dining experience that left us inspired, and we highly recommend it to anyone seeking a culinary adventure. The new French menu is amazing!!!! Great flavours, friendly and professional service, even better than before if that is possible. The menu is authentic, short like a typical French bistro. Reminiscent of our days driving through France and Corsica.
You do need to book!
And, if you want to hire the entire place for your private function, like we did for my birthday, Tom and Kristy have great menu and wine suggestions.

The changes to the dinner menu are working well with the Lamb Shanks a delicious option and the duck leg a reliable standard with the fish of the day an exciting alternative. The vegan dish is a success.
Kristy is now producing superb baguettes to order on Saturday and Sunday for lunch. Crêpes are coming soon. I have taste tested the crêpes and they are delicious. I recommend you book a table for Sunday morning! The galettes are here!!!

My husband and I had dinner here a couple of weeks ago and we left absolutely in awe! The service was outstanding, warm, attentive, and made us feel so welcome. And the food… simply to die for! Amazing pizzas! They’re so generous with the toppings and the pizza dough was wonderfully crispy, chewy and delicious. The owners were also very friendly. The shop ran out of dough after a busy lunch service, so we had to wait a while but it was totally worth it!

The chef’s special pizza dough, crafted with incredibly fresh ingredients, truly stood out. Mains were slow cooked lamb shanks and the confit duck leg. Desserts were chocolate mousse and savarin cake. All incredible food and friendly service. Lovely relaxed atmosphere. Wish we lived in Montville so we could come here regularly!

If you want genuine authentic Italian pizza. Look no further. This venue is a welcoming, romantic little setting with both welcoming staff and chef. We went whilst on our honeymoon after getting a bad vibe from another restaurant. We definitely don’t regret this decision. Arancini balls to start and 2 beautiful pizzas with even the base made from scratch. My wife is gluten free and yet their standard base did not upset her stomach! Trust their recommendations! All round beautiful experience and we will be back. Well priced food and drinks with a sneaky tiramisu to finish. Thank you!
