Stopped on a whim on the way home from the airport with a family member. Ordered the garlic bread, chicken broccoli alfredo, eggplant parm w/ alfredo sauce and tiramisu. The food was amazing! I can’t remember having a better tiramisu anywhere else. I wish I lived closer I would definitely be there on a regular basis. Set up is not typical, you order at the counter and they bring you the food. But you get your own drink from a cooler or iced water, silverware, napkins and bus your own dishes. So I was a little off put that I tipped 20% to do all the service myself. Staff was friendly and did give us to-go boxes when we asked for them. Would definitely recommend!

Family friendly Italian food in Lexington Center. We saw all ages there from 2 to 80. There are about 12 tables plus a bar area that serves only wine. This is counter service, so you order and pay at the counter and they bring the food to you when it is ready. I had the design-your-own-pasta and it was fresh and delicious.

Did the ‘build your own pasta’ option… what a disappointment! Lukewarm, overcooked noodles, a marinara sauce overpowered by garlic… and about five measly pieces of chicken thrown in as the ‘protein’… after I asked for shrimp. Had I made this at home it would be #1 Better Tasting… and #2 About 1/4 the price. My lunch date had a Caesar Salad with Chicken… we each also had a bottle of water and a coffee. The bill: $54 + tip. Ridiculous! I completely understand why the place was empty.

really corporate vibe for some mid tier food when there’s a more established local place on the main street. all I hope is that this place won’t put Mario’s ourof business, because I do not trust the taste of the tourists or upper class residents of Lexington. literally the exact same quality of Mario’s at an exorbitant price. it’s not more genuine or anything either it’s just Italian American cuisine overpriced to all hell in the white washed minimalist vibe corporation and chains love because you’ll never have personality.

I went in during lunch time, it was completely empty when I went in but two employees stood there doing nothing. No hello or directing us whether to sit or order from the counter. I figured as I went in the weird set up of the place that you had to order at the counter but the lack of engagement of the staff made us less confident in the restaurant ability to serve good food so we left.

My 7th grade daughter was intimidated and yelled at by staf at the restaurant yesterday when she and her friend ordered a few slices of pizza. They sat down to wait for the pizza and while they were waiting, they decided they wanted to eat in the restaurant. The manager Sstarted yelling at them saying they could not stay here if they order out because the box cost a lot of money. I know he would not talk to me that way, this is completely disgusting, and unprofessional. I ran a small business so I know those boxes are not very expensive. what kind of small insecure and insignificant man picks on middle school girls and yells at them telling them to get out? I think all parents should be very careful when they send their girls alone to this restaurant. I am gonna prepare them about what to do in these kinds of situations because they can’t seem to get enough of this restaurant which has horrible food and clearly has unprofessional and immature staff. This restaurant should be ashamed of itself. The staff needs serious training about how to treat people in a safe manner.

I am not quite sure how to say this directly to the staff so I am writing it here. I had something happen that has never happened before since I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years. I ordered take out and someone stole my order from the takeout area. The staff is doing a great job remaking my order and I am concerned because there was no accountability or apology. The system itself is flawed because people can just come in off the street and get food without talking to the staff. What’s up with that? I am not sure how to resolve this concern. Help.

Limited drink options but they do offer free water.
My sandwich was absolutely delicious. It had two chicken cutlets!
They have gluten-free options but also disclaimer that cross contamination is possible as non-gluten things are made in the same spaces.
