Delicious, flavorful, healthy. I wish I lived closer to one of their locations! I usually get the Natty Dread burrito (which I love), but today I tried the Kalua bowl. It had a huge pile of pork, but not that much rice (I would have preferred the opposite). It was very filling. The pork is presented in a high tartare style pile, and only the top and sides had the sauce on it. The inside of the pork pile was kind of dry, so I would mix it with pineapple or plantain. The rice and plantains were really good!

Update: I went to the Fins in let’s say Sea Girt/Wall township area… Awful… ☹️ People that work there really hate their job. Good food, but bad bad vibes.. probably the most vanilla people I ever met in my life. No character..Like how do you hate your job that much❓❓❓ I’ll only be going to Point Fins from now on or delivery if I eat Fins somewhere else closer to me…. The food is good at any Fins but I can commend some awesome customer service ️❤️ and the point Fins is nothing compares to the Point Fins . Props Point Fins you better then all the Fins around.
This place has the best vibes you could ever walk into. I’m a doordasher and I literally go into businesses all day long. The people that work here are so friendly and cool. Whoever employed the people that work here did a 5 ✨✨I actually had an order after this at surf taco down the way and I felt like I was in a taco bell where no one cares about their jobs or their food. Best veggie quesadilla of my life. I don’t know how they make it so flavorful. Pepper jack tortilla soup is out of this world. The salsa is delicious too. I have been coming here for 14 years since it was in brick location and they have never let me down.

Regular customer there almost 10 years (once a week at least) sad to say they are literally forcing me to never give them business ever again. Doing a DoorDash order and realize I forgot to select the option for “sauce on the side” no big deal I call the store up like I’ve done plenty of times before (maybe 5 seconds after I complete order) to tell them can you please put the sauce on the side on one order. For them to tell me no we are instructed we can’t make changes on take out orders. After having to hold to speak to the manager (Dane) over this ridiculously basic request only for him to tell me yeah can’t be done. In disbelief almost laughing I say look I get you have policy and everything but I’m asking as a regular customer with a pregnant wife who literally won’t be able to eat it like that, can you pleas just put it on the side for me this one time? Nope. So rude about it that it leaves me no other option mostly out of principle to unfortunately never eat at one of my regular places ever again. Sad that you have people with not enough common sense to rectify a super easy issue running your business

August 2025. The food has been good so far. However the tables are sticky, as are the restroom floors. The trash cans are usually filled. I had mentioned this to the current manager a couple of months ago and have not seen any improvement in the 3 or 4 times I have been back. I wonder what it’s like where the food is being prepared. I held off putting in my review so there could be time to spiff things up, and I’m disappointed to see no changes. So if you want food from this Fins, you may want to do take-out.
My hope is that seeing my review on Google will inspire change back to the standards used by the previous manager.
