Recommendation from the locals of Cape Coral, this seafood restaurant off Del Prado may satisfy you. A huge menu with a variety of seafood options, along with some vegetarian dishes. There is also an extensive drink menu. Since we went in the Christmas season, there was a winter drink menu. There is an outdoor area (which had some sides up to protect from wind and some heaters) There was live entertainment. Downfall, since it’s outside, there were smokers. The smoke made its way into the indoor dining. Being non smokers, this bothered us. The waitress did graciously move us, further away from the door, but the smell of smoke by the end of dinner made us quickly want to leave.
The food was good. Not overly hot, in temperature, but still flavorful and was out very quick. Our service was outstanding! We would probably visit again.

FINS is the perfect evening stop. The service, food and atmosphere come together to make an excellent dining experience. We were greeted immediately by Cara. I can’t tell you how awesome it is for any type of business to have someone like Cara on their team. Attentive, quick with a smile and unmatched service. The food presentation, quality and flavor gives this place that “come back” feeling that makes you know your in the right place. Our shrimp and scallop enchiladas paired with the seafood dip was the meal experience we we needed to end the week on a perfect note. Thanks to the FINS team for being here in Cape Coral as a part of the community.

We went on vacation to Cape Coral for the first time this year and ate at Fins several times. The service is always very friendly and fast. The food is excellent. The spare ribs in particular were very tender. Prices are fair. Highly recommended!

Had a wonderful lunch
Lobster bisque was amazing
Potato skins stuffed with seafoeod and lightly grilled Delicious.
Flounder fillets stuffed with mixed seafood and a creamy sauce, to die for.
And the piece de resistance
Key Lime Pie portions dipped in dark chocolate with whipped cream topping, a must have.
And our lunch was made extra special by our waitress Athena, nothing was too much trouble.

Nice laid back place for lunch. We sat in the bar area. Service was great. The seafood skins are a must try. I love any restaurant with an aquarium.

Great vibe here!
Very nice menu selection. From burgers to Lobster Ravioli, Seafood Paella, Ribs, steaks, grouper, Mahi Mahi, and a tasty dessert menu!
Dog friendly area makes this place a big winner.
A too small portion of otherwise very tasty Blackened Grouper Cheeks cost a star. 4 1/2 stars to be fair!

It was all great. Our waitress was exceptional and food was on point. We had fried scallops, cod, shrimp, and grouper cheeks. All great. Same with the slaw and fries. We saw shrimp tacos, burgers, and other plates being delivered to tables around us and they looked good too. This was our first stop on a 9 day vacation. The 4 of us will be back!

My friend and I went to dinner at Fins on Del Prado. It was a place I heard that the owners were from Baltimore. I was too. I grew up in MD. I haven’t been there so when we decided to go out to eat, I chose fins. First off, I ordered the buffalo chicken dip. I had it before from other restaurants, so I was expecting the same. I was hoping for the same might I say. Well got the dip, it cane in a bread bowl, which some places do. It was ok. Had a few tortilla chips along the side. $12.99 . Price was too high for what I received. The buffalo chicken dip had no chunks of chicken, was greasy, and was mostly cheese it looked like. Very disappointed. When I asked the waiter about the dip, he got the manager, who was nice, but said they puree it together( chicken, cheese and sauce) now who in their right minds does that to chicken dip. Maybe because they really don’t use chicken at all. Or put any chicken in it. Very disappointed in that appetizer.
Then I ordered the bacon, bacon jam burger. Haven’t had one in a while, so I ordered it. As to the pictures below.it said to have bacon jam sauce on the burger. I ordered it just for that. We’re from Maryland, brother has a food truck and uses the bacon jam on some of his food. This burger did not have it,had something they may have called bacon jam, but was just bacon. Then was supposed to have arioli sauce. Very minimal sauce. Very disappointed with the food. I will never go back there again. After spending $45.00 that’s $9 something for tip. He didn’t deserve that, but I felt bad and not sure he knew about the food. If he did, shame on him. My brother makes way better buffalo chicken dip and burgers than this place. If you want good food, I recommend finding a better place to eat for the price and quality. I don’t mean to be harsh. But when we go out to eat, we want good food, quality food for the price, not misleading items on the menu. The pasta my friend ordered. Not sure it had what the menu said. It was Some sort of white fish. Check around for better service and food.

My wife and I had dinner at Fins with friends and everything was excellent! The grouper tacos, Fin-Ritas, and her Mahi-Mahi were all delicious. We’ve been coming here for four years, and it’s still my wife’s favorite restaurant. Great food, great drinks, great service—always a fun night at Fins!

Not an great atmosphere! Seafood in Florida that’s not fresh… come on and the worst part the have 0 regard for health codes and allowing dogs on the bar, multiple times touching the counter and no one to sanitize afterwards. The live music is at least good but I’m not going to a concert I’m going to a restaurant that should have clean and fresh food. Disappointing.
