Brand new Denver restaurant as of March 2026! I would strongly recommend FiNO for dinner. The Mediterranean tapas dishes are perfectly-sized for shared. Every plate we had was delicious. Our favorite dishes were the Vodka O’s (basically spaghetti O’s for adults), charred cabbage and the crab toast. Yum!

I had an excellent time dining here. The food was excellent, well seasoned, and had great presentation. Our server, Aubrey, was an incredible server, we never waited too long between interactions, she was friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, and had excellent recommendations. 10/10 would recommend.
