A glorious day to be sitting outside for lunch with my best friend Cyndi! Met for lunch and we always have so much to talk about that we had to order more food by 5 o’clock We both ordered the Mahi Mahi Sandwich (came with homemade chips)(forgot to take a picture) and was absolutely the best fish sandwiches I have had. It helps having a delicious Old Fashioned as well Later, we tried the Nachos (made with homemade chips instead of tortilla chips) and we both enjoyed the switch up. Service could have been more attentive with all staff for our drinks and water refills. All in all, a very relaxing afternoon with a golf course view.

Terrible experience. LONG wait times for food. Received food and had a hair in it. Sent back to remake. Was again taking super long (1 hour at this point) so they gave me a carry out. Completely raw. Typically service/food is great but not on the rotation anymore.

We went to Meadowbrook Hall and then stopped by for lunch after. We got a 15% discount for being at meadowbrook first. Emily was a wonderful server and took great care of us. Suggested the Cajun shrimp for my husband. The fall mimosa and spiked hot chocolate were delicious. Smokehouse Mac & cheese was so rich. Loved it. We’ll absolutely be back.

The vibe is of a private country club, but it is open to the public. The food was very good with reasonable prices. The view from the pub up on the hill out onto the golf course was stunning. Can’t wait to go back and eat on the large outdoor patio when the weather warms up.

They do a great job here. Food and drinks are excellent and the staff are all top notch – personable, friendly, and hard working. The views of the BEAUTIFUL Oakland U golf course are icing on the cake.

Public restaurant on Oakland university in Rochester Hills with panoramic views of the golf course as you dine outside. The lemon chicken was delicious while the made to order raspberry mojito was superb.

Each time we come, it takes at least 10 minutes to get a menu and our drink orders in, even when the place is pretty empty. It’s unfortunate that the kitchen is so incredibly slow. 5 out of 6 times it take more than 30 minutes (after our order is placed) to get a chicken hoagie and a chicken wrap when there are hardly any patrons in the restaurant. If you get apps, they tend to come out quick though. Some good tasting options on the menu, some are just ok. We would certainly come more often if they could figure out how to deliver food to tables quicker. Great atmosphere though!

The worst food and drinks I’ve had in a long time. The waitress was very sweet and tried very hard. Dry chicken, 2 cups of soup, fish and chips most of which was absolutely inedible. The “hole in one“ cocktail tasted like watered down, old juices. The first espresso martini came out clear (no coffee) so I sent it back. The second tasted like dirty dish water. Go for the view. Leave the food and drinks alone. Beautiful patio. This place should have a lot more pride in their cuisine. TERRIBLE

We have been to this restaurant few times now. The food is really horrible. We tried multiple items on the menu. How can one ruin a burger! Salty food and quite dry. Burnt taste oily fries. The atmosphere and views are wasted on this restaurant. A good chef and management would make this place packed with customers..
I really rarely give negative reviews but I feel upset that this place has such great atmosphere and views and the food is really doesnt match the 5 star views of the golf course.. I mean this review as a wake up call to the owners/management.. I will still come here for the views and a drink
