Finley’s is a quaint desirable place to get a well-cooked meal with very friendly attentive service. If you are a fan of meatloaf wrapped in bacon, this is the place for you. It comes with a a fresh side and there are quite a few to choose from, but I went with the coleslaw. The amount of coleslaw that they gave me was about the size of a small bowl or cup of soup and it was delicious and fresh! The meatloaf was cooked perfectly and it was easily about 8oz of meat over a bed of mashed potatoes and gravy, with the onion straws on top for an added flavorful touch. I hear they are known for their prime rib, so I’ll have to try that next time and update the review after that. Nonetheless, if you are looking for a great smokehouse with many options to choose from with fair prices for all the food offered with very friendly service, look no further than Finley’s.

The waitress was super nice and did a great job. My steak was a filet mignon and it was supposed to be cooked medium. It came out more of a well done so it was tough and the owner was told about it and wouldn’t do anything to accommodate me or discount the price of the steak. It certainly was not worth the price I had to pay for overcooked meat!! The restaurant was very cute, but we will never return.

I ordered the beef kabobs my husband got the chicken kabobs and my son got the pulled pork and Mac n cheese. Everything was delicious. We r from about 2.5 hrs away but have been wanting Finleys every since they closed down in Muskegon and finally made the trip to battle creek and it was so worth the drive. Give this place ur patronage so they can continue to serve amazing food…

The ribs fall off the bone and so very flavorful. The Prime Rib wad cooked to perfection and so very yummy! The sides were prepared perfectly and were good and hot. Staff friendly and very accommodating! A family cannot go wrong with this restaurant or anything served off the menu. Added bonus…every menu item shows a picture of what you will be served.

1st time eating here. Food was absolutely amazing. I had the not so big chop, came out hot and juicy and the BBQ sauce provided was some of the best I have ever had. Baked beans were also very good. My wife had the brisket and said it was very good also. Next time we are in the area we will be back for sure.

An absolutely wonderful meal. Our meal began with two small loaves of bread, one light one dark, soft and pillowy with good flavor. I had Rib Eye, Baked Potato and Broccoli, the Rib Eye was cooked perfectly medium rare, the potato was cooked to perfection, nice and fluffy and the broccoli tender but not mushy. He had the Smoked Honey Sausage and Steak Fries. I tasted his sausage and will be ordering that on our next visit. It was the most tender, moist sausage I have ever tasted. It had great flavor without being overwhelmingly spicy and the honey mustard sauce was the perfect compliment for the flavor. We ended our meal by sharing a piece of cheesecake. We were both thankful we decided to share a piece because the slice served to us was not the skinny portion served in most restaurants, it was more than either of us could have eaten alone. It was rich, creamy flavor decadence. The service was quick, the bread brought to our table immediately and our entrees shortly afterwords. The waitress was very pleasant and answered my questions thoroughly. The manager also made a point of coming around to all of the tables inquiring about our satisfaction. We highly recommend Finley’s

I ordered a ranch chicken wrap with fries for my lunch to go. I got back to work and the fries were not cooked all the way. They literally was wiggly and barely cooked. The wrap was super greasy, broke while trying to eat. Soggy. Just everything was nasty. Waste of $20.
