I will start by saying that the service was 5+ stars. While our server was GOLD, the burger was dry and over cooked. The bun was huge and fluffy making each bite be mostly bread. The steak and cheese quesadilla was greasy and the steak was somewhat rancid. We didn’t finish our food. The bathroom was clean and the fried sweet peppers were great!

This is a small kitchen, so service time is a little slow, BUT the waitresses work really hard and check on customers while food is cooking. The burger is huge. It is 1/2 lb., and delicious. I could only finish half. My coworker got the Chicken Philly with homemade chips and said it was really good. My okra was hand breaded. Great place to grab lunch. This is a small business.

Biscuits are grilled to warm up. Nice touch.
Pot roast is stew style, in a bowl with potatoes and carrots and gravy.
Lima beans good, seasoned just right.
Homemade mac n cheese was cheesy!
Potato salad had a bit odd taste.
Honey bun cake is WOW. Hot and melty, lightly cinnamoned, loads of icing. This is fantastic! We almost fought for the last bite.

We drove out from Roxboro to Creedmor to visit this little mom & pop restaurant. We had a Grilled Rueben sandwich and Eggs Benedict. We had great service by our waitress. We talked to the owner, who was also very friendly. Gave us a menu and history of Finch story. The only thing I wish we got over the Rueben was the Belgium waffle. It looked delicious! We will visit again, but next time for breakfast

Good food on the way to Durham Museum. Had a 5 yr old and 10 yr old. Get the kids meals! The breakfast burrito is definitely adult-sized! Kinda pricey for a small hole in the wall spot in Creedmor. Hashbrowns are skinny and charred. (Former Wafflehouse cook here) Omelette was great!!!!!!

We ate there this morning and it was delicious. I had the BLT with home fries, my family each had the Big Man Jr and cleaned their plates. It’s tiny in side but gives you that welcome home feeling.
